The nation called Fiesty flamed another nation on the Odinsrage message board by calling him "gay" for something. This nation has been harassing myself and nations belonging to friends for some time now. He's a committed griefer. This guy has been jumping from region to region doing stuff like this. A few days ago, he spammed the Israel board.
