The spamming was in response to a tirade of regional advertising by another nation. If you'll note what Rantchess said at the bottom.

It says "You will not post adverts in this region"

Note to game mods: This is nothing but lies created by Free Poland.

Free Poland is nothing more then a no-talent spammer, the delegate of France is a peaceful nation. Free Poland seeks only to further the gains and exploits of his Ally, Mujahadeen. Spammers come in all shapes, sizes, and hide by many faces, do you mistake Free Poland for the hero he is trying to portray himself as, he is nothing more then dirt.

I apologize for any dirt I offended by comparing them to Free Poland.

Why would a delegate spam his own region's forum? Seems a rather cheap thing to do for someone who's worked hard to build a nation in this game. Surely he would have known the consequences, being a player for this long.

also...Free Poland is not a member of France, he is a member of Polska...

so why is this any of his business? hmm?? might I ask you this?

Why does Free Poland see it his business to go around hunting down spammers, when he himself is one?

He seeks only to further himself, and to ruin the regions of Nationstates.

Also, I have copied the regional HQ from the region of Polska, and asked a Polish friend to translate it. The only words I could pick out were 'France' and 'Delegate' and this dates back 11 hours, before the spamming took place.
I'm guessing Free Poland and the Polska nations are trying to get this nation deleted. I will post the translation when I have it.

On this point, Free Poland is correct: Spamming a board to clear spam is a dangerous thing to do. If one sees spam, one should use the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/page=help) page to report it. To be on the safe side, do not clear spam yourself unless a Game Moderator specifically tells you that it's okay to do so.

Free Poland, I suggest that you calm down before posting on the boards. Typing in all bold can be interpreted as screaming, and this could prompt people to flame in response. It is therefore flamebait, in my opinion. Remain civil when posting.

Free Poland has been stirring up trouble like this for some time now.

This is, unfortunately, not a good reason to justify spam. Invent something new. Rules are rules.

But the fact of the matter is, this is a first offense, the delegate was acting in what she thought was her right to clear regional advertisements off her region's board.
Free Poland seems to have been plotting against France for some time seeing as the words 'France' and 'Delegate' were mentioned on the Polska board 11 hours ago, when Rantchess only made the spam 2 hours ago.

i think you don't know what is the job of a delegate.

Yes, she telegrammed me the same thing.
The nation called 'La France de Vichy' posted two messages on the Regional HQ of France which contained neo-nazi viewpoints so she spammed to get rid of them. The delegate should have the right to remove inappropriate material from their region.

the Delegate of France has the support of the region of Europe in this affair, and should have the right to do what they did. And even then, who is Free Poland to go about policing regions? He is no moderator, this is none of his business. And since there were posts found in the region of Polska containing the words "France" and "Delegate" as our friends in Myrth pointed out, one can only assume this is nothing more then ANOTHER plot by the region of Polska to remove those who have annoyed their neo-nazi viewpoint.

Another plot against an innocent and rule-abidding nation, by those who wish to ruin this game, and their plot will NOT succeed.

The results of a translation of the screenshot of the region of Polska will be provided when our resident polish nations in Europe have translated the text.

i have read this and i think they would make a take over on france by endorsing Falangists.

they tryed to do that one or two weeks ago, but a lot of the attaking nations was controlled by the same guys :lol: .

I would like to recommend the moderators dismiss this stupid post. It has been made quite clear that this, like the incident in Europe involving my own nation, is nothing more then a scheme by those in Polska, specifically Free Poland himself, to remove those whom he deems "in his way".

Even someone who does not know Polish can cleary see that something much bigger is going on then what is being told to us. The mentioning of a delegate rival to rantchess in the regional forum of Polska is prove enough to ignore this claim entirely.

Moderators. This was made against the rules that prohibit the use of spam under every circumstance, unless it is to clear large amounts of enters. Law is law, and the ignorance of it is no excuse.

Now, I say this, directly at the moderators and NO ONE else.


Your job is to protect the users from hurtful language, as is made quite clear from what goes on in the NS forum. You have also banned nations for having nazi flags, unless I am mistaken. Now, from what I've heard, the region of France was subject to offensive remarks of a nazi-style. And as many people on this game, and in the world in general, are offended by nazism, the Delegate of France took it on his own to protect his region, and protect those who would be offended.

Is this spam? Yes. Was it the wrong decision? Yes. But should you delete a delegate for protecting their region, AND for a first time offense? No. Though I would suggest you warn the delegate of France against doing it again, I would not be shocked that he did not realize this would be considered a bad thing, and somehow I doubt ANYONE who is endorsing him cares that he did it, and most probably support him for doing it. So I would like to suggest that outside interference by the nation of Free Poland be ignored.

This is all I have left to say on this matter, I trust the moderators will do their jobs well, as they always have, and will continue to protect the users of nationstates against those that wish to ruin it.

I, on the other hand, await the day that Free Poland slips up and spams a region....

i'm in egion france too!and i think our delegate is well manered with that fuc.... boy!so if we must change our delegate i will be forced to stay with him because is the better that we had have and if only one people can take over so easily an délegate its easy to me to do the same thing in each region!!
