I have proof that Francos is spamming for endorsement. While I got a warning for spamming a few days ago, I wonder if the mods care about him spamming. I have the spam message in my box as proof.
Spamming has been the subject of my debates with the mods for a while now. I will post it in the getting help section, but I want a "high profile" solution to this matter!

Yet again, a new topic has been made when an old topic would have served to carry your message perfectly well. In fact, you could have posted this in the announcement on the Pacific that Neut gave a couple hours ago. You are spamming.
