In the event that my Getting Help message is never received...

Until a few days ago I was founder of the region of Deutschland. One night it was emptied and refounded by some group of puppet nations that dislikes me for some reason.

The motto of the nation currently holding founder status has this for a motto: "We never griefed! It emptied by itself!"

The Dictatorship of Julius Streicher Deutchland was a great region in the past. Unfortunately, Reichsprotektor destroyed it. He ejected everybody from the region, saying that they should move to Germany.

It was quite quiet in Germany. Once, the region has been a test for World War II simulation, but that turned out to be crap.

Reichsprotektor then ejected 90% of the nations present. There was only one nation left, and it was inactive for a long time. We decide to go to Deutschland, we elect a founder (me) and we kick the inactive nation, that was Ukrainian. We got bored and ejected ourselves. Then the region ceased to exist.

And now we can proudly say that Reichsprotektor is a newbie and will never have Deutschland back. You have been invaded by the Slavs.

Comment: muahahahaha. Ha.


Please return Deutschland to its rightful founder, myself, thank you.

I have to say that looks very suspicious especially since a similar thing happened to Axis, although it is to be expected as what axis means to a lot of folks, and what the majority of the players who play in the germanic regions portray Nazis, inevitably something like this is bound to happen, I would recommend full retributive strikes agaisnt the offending naitons as this was decreed to be griefing a while back.

Haha! Well this is what really happened. Deutschland had only 2 nations inside. One of them - I can't remember the name, ceased to exist, and there was an inactive nation called "UkrainianNationalism".

Looked like a nice region. I came here with a friend and became delegate. I kicked "UkrainianNationalism" because 1-he was inactive and 2- he is Ukrainian (I have historic reasons not to like the Ukis).

But I got bored and left the region with my friend. And the region ceased to exist. So I recreated it with my puppet, Falanx.

You should have been more active in your region Reichsprotektor. Not to mention that you have previously ejected about 10 nations from it after the so-called "World War II simulation" didn't work.

I'll have to check with a Game Mod, but I think that you just confessed to commmitting a griefing invasion.

It doesn't matter how inactive the nation is, you are not allowed to invade a region and then ban all of the native inhabitants (and if there's only one nation in the region, banning it is banning all of the native inhabitants).

I remember a previous ruling by Neutered Sputniks that clarified that booting a single nation is griefing if that nation is the only native.

Although it is a quite literal interpretation of [violet]'s rules, I personally feel the rule should not be like that. But let's not debate more than one ruling at the same time ;)

Back then Reichsprotektor was the Founder, and as such could boot whomever and as many as desired.

All nations residing in a region when an invasion occurs are considered native in the context of that invasion. There was one, and you admitted to booting it. That's technically a rule violation. Since you used it to take over Foundership of the region, you've basically provided an argument why the Founder status should be returned to Der Reichsprotektor.

We'll see what a Game Mod has to say when/if one comes along.

I was with this nation some time ago in this region. But I got out for about a month. And recently returned. I shall be considered native too!

One of your friends Julius Streicher claims on Germany's HQ that I emptied Deutschland. Meanwhile you blame me for being inactive in the region. Then you also claim I banned 10 nations from Deutschland.

I had a friendly nation sitting in Deutschland called "Auslander". You or whatever other nations of yours also kicked it. There were two other nations in addition to Auslander and UkrainianNationalism in Deutschland. I had not checked the region in just a few days when you decided to empty it.

Auslander went to Holland upon our request. He was not ejected. You really did not check the region for a great while.
