Here are a few nazis that are using the swastika flag. Which, if I'm not mistaken is banned.

I've had a run in with the Axis before. Besides swastikas and messages of hate, many name their national animals 'Juden' or 'Jew' and seem to take great pleasure in sending them to the brink of extinction. It is fairly obvious that merely because they have found loopholes, they expect to get away with some disgusting practices.
I have spoken about them to the mods before, and it seems the Nazis need an even tighter leash... :x
I just took a look at some of those flags and I'd like to point out that Nazi Deutschland Axis is rife with violators. One guy has a white power symbol flag, a clear allusion to the American Nazi Party, and the delegate/founder, Nazi Deutschland Axis (region is of the same name) has a flag with an iron cross and a German helmet with a tiny swastika on it. This is the same guy who was deleted for spamming message boards with swastika symbols so I'd be willing to bet the mods will take a tough look at him.

I can see the cross, but no swastika.
The symbol of Hitler's Reich was the imperial eagle grasping the swastika in its talons. That was the standard decal on all Nazi helmets. I know because my grandfather brought one back from North Africa after fighting the Germans. Look at the helmet decal closely...you'll find the swastika being gripped by the eagle.

Look at the helmet decal closely...you'll find the swastika being gripped by the eagle.
That's not a swastika, that's a blur. The image of a swastika was ruled offensive, not the idea of swastika's.

1st off, the Swastika is the only banned symbol. The SS lightening bolts arent exactly banned, but they are considered offensive enough that they will be removed. No other symbols are justification for removal of a flag (unless under extraordinary conditions).
2nd, The Swastika is not visible on that flag, and therefore the flag is not offensive.
3rd, dont bet on the Mods taking any particular action ;)
