The evidence, upon review, was murky at best, meriting a second chance. Nuttelnd was a confirmed spammer, and a precursory IP check doesn't match to Nuttylnd. If he spams and gets caught at it, as per the moderator terms of engagement, he'll get zapped again.

Reploid, once again, you have my greatest thanks. The nation who posted this thread, b00ts and b00bs, is an imposter of the nation Rodriquezland said he would give me in the "Neutered Sputniks" thread. It is widely believed in Europe that he, along with a few other nations, is in cahoots with the likes of the dirt known as Mujahadeen. I intend to keep this nation out of the Regional Forum of europe, and any other regional forum, for that matter, to insure that it can never be labeled for spamming again, starting tomorrow. Just for the record, mind you.
