Just a heads up...

Mr./Miss/Mrs. Game Mod, I have just ejected a large number of nations from my region. That being said, I saw the warning that says mods will take action. My region is the Orion Sector, and we're moving to the more specifically names Orion Sector Alliance. I have given them all telegrams telling them of the move and the ejections were just a kick in the ass because people in my region are lazy. I hope I have done nothing illegal, as I have not intended too. Please inform the mod community of this as soon as possible. Thank you.

I don't think Founders ejecting nations is griefing

When last I checked, this was correct. A Founder might annoy people in this manner, but I think that it's within a Founder's priveledges to ban anybody they like.

Founders are allowed to eject anyone, if not everyone. Delegates just don't have this freedom.

Since you're a mod...I take it that what I did was ok?

I didn't think I broke any rules.

the thing that rings my bell is why would anyone care if the founder and his fans left?

Why does the region need to be cleared?

Why does the region need to be cleared?

Because I will be storing my puppets there...hense my "empire"

it goes along with regional RP

I have double-checked this. You are the Founder, so you can boot anyone you want from your region at will and without reason.

Why does the region need to be cleared?

I assume to change the name of a region being used for a particular purpose. [shrug] :?

Sure - store your puppets there.

Leave the real people alone.

............

Yeah, I would say try not to annoy the real people too much.

You are within your rights as Founder; your actions so far are perfectly legal.

Stop telling me what to do first of all. These people are my allies...I'm not going to leave them alone.

The game rule answer provided above is that you can do whatever you like as you are the founder.

As this thread spins on people are now giving advice on etiquette and game play. They're not 'telling' you just advising, it's just the abbreviated style most of us use in Moderation (we copied it off the Mods to look big.)

People generally feel a little puzzled and grumpy when they log on and find themselves in the rejected realms so it's best to avoid sending friends there. However, I've done it for similar reasons and it's your region and your friends so you know best.

I gave each one of them telegrams explaining my actions and inviting them to the new region...password and all...

That should be okay.

As the original question has been answered, I suggest letting this topic die.

Just a suggestion.
