I encouraged a friend to join this game again but he is a little pissed to start all over with 5 million people. His previous country: Tatanka died out months ago but could some mod do me and my comrade a favour by making it active gain?

I hope I post this in the correct forum, I also hope mods could help. And I hope this is the fastest way to contact them.
