Neut doesn't have any siblings far as the rest of us know, and he wasn't involved in the slightest with those deletions. That was my doing.
Anybody claiming that they're friends with the mods and "OMG DO WHAT I SAY OR THEY DELETE YOU!" is lying through their teeth and blowing hot air.
Hell, we don't delete nations that we want to delete unless they go beyond the rules- what makes you think we'd do it for anybody else?

Nuttylnd is an AOL user so it is quite possible that he used one of their spider proxies to frame him.

The problem Myrth, is that the IP details from Europe Forum may not reflect the same thing as what has occured on NationStates. Although you an I know that Nuttelnd on NS = MrNutte on Europe Forum, the mods mightn't necessarily see it that way.
The mods can check the login IPs of Nuttylnd and Nuttelnd. If Nuttelnd mysteriously switches from being a vif.net (or whatever it was) IP to an AOL IP, then it is obvious he's used one of AOL's spider proxies to get the same IP as Nuttylnd.

5 minutes ago: The Empire of Nuttelnd ceased to exist. 9 minutes ago: The People's Republic of Fasaka arrived from The West Pacific.

I have constantly been loyal to this game, I have a total ot 5(what was 6) nations on this game, which I regularly check the issues of. I am a very active player in European Politics, which is the largest non-ns created region. To many peoples accounts, without me Europe would be alot more boring.
So where is your merit in banning me for self defense? Without even saying "hey, dont do this again". I've spammed ONCE before, and that was a mistake. I have a 56k, and a fairly pathetic computer, and I have a tendency to double post. And unfortunatly that happened to me when I advertised our region in South America. So is that your basis? Two strikes I'm out? Or do you simply not like to hear other peoples stories?
I, as well as all of Europe, demand that Nuttylnd be returned. How can you justify banning a nation from a region to "protect the region" when the entire region wants it returned?

Why does this nation exist still? My other puppets, Pokeylnd, Pokii, Nuttae, and RepublicanMan all still exist.

Ok, I'd like to put some sanity into this, and explain a bit what happened.
First of all, Nuttylnd was the very first nation I created, somehow I typoed, so it ended up as Nuttylnd, but was meant to be Nuttyland, so I made this nation also, as a counter-balance to it.
Now, in regards to my banning, I was framed by "Nuttelnd". Basically, what happened, was I was arguing with him, he was being annoying and spamming our regional HQ. I don't understand why I was banned for this, nor do I understand why I wasn't even warned. This is not like the moderators to ban someone for no apparent reason.
From what I've read here, it is claimed that he was me, but if you simply view the links I've provided, you can easilly see that we are not the same person. I use AOL, and as Myrth stated, he could easilly have mirrored my IP.
Even still, since when was arguing considered spam? Why am I punished for someone elses wrong-doings? I have never done anything intentionally wrong on this game, ever. I am a very outspoken person, and I debate regularly with other nations in Europe. Has this given me enemies? Yes, it has. But is this a reason to ban me? For being outspoken? For having an opinion? No.
I demand to know WHY I was banned. This is immoral, and just down right wrong. I want my nation back, I put alot of work into that nation, and I didn't put all that effort into it just to have it taken from me for no reason.
I want an explanation, I've already isolated my nations from Europe, if I have Nuttylnd returned to me I have no intention of returning it to Europe, as I have caused that region too much grief with my outspoken tendencies.
What I'd really be curious to know...
Is why is it that, we've complained to you mods before about spammers, and you generally take a few days to respond, Fedayin was just deleted recently, around the same time Nuttylnd was. We complained to you about him a while ago. Why did you act so quickly to delete me? But stall on those who had actually committed offenses?

Interesting. From a player point of view, who knows if what you are saying is true (not downing you, hear me out). I hope that you do get a mod response, because you do at least raise a few good points in your post, and hope you get answers to each part.
