I briefly restored him to review the case. When a nation is restored, even if briefly, they are moved to Lazarus.

I'm not an old member of Europe but I really hope Nuttylnd will be banned forever, the only thing he does is bring problems to Europe. He's a spam-magnet, if we want to live in peace and armony, then he shouldn't be here. I mean. I've only being here for 2 days and I don't like Nuttylnd already.
Please, mods, keep him banned, for the sake of fun gaming.

Just because a couple of nations want nutty deleted dosn't mean that it is right. There are plenty of nations that me and a couple of my European friends want deleted, can we delete them?

I know this is perhaps outside the scope of the mods investigation, however, I would refer the mods investigating this case to the Europe Forums (http://www.schloideroiter.de/schumania/forum) site, where a user pretending to be Nuttylnd/MrNutty (Nutteland/MrNutte) has been spamming the site. Many of the messages that have been on the board I help moderate have now been deleted, but others still remain.
Now, I've been quick to condemn Nutty for some of his previous actions, but I feel that with the rise of a number of trouble-makers on the Europe Regional HQ lately, and today in our seperate forums, that someone (or a group of people) have been able to hoodwink the mods into believing that Nutty has done something grossly wrong, worthy of deletion.
I respect that the mods decision is final, but I also request that they seriously review this matter. In my view, this is tantamount to OOC terrorism on the game - and I do not believe that those perpetrating such crimes should be allowed to win here.
