Nuttelnd was the spammer not Nuttylnd, On the third link he gives hints that he intentionally got Nuttylnd deleted and also a forum mod was in on it. I ask that you please bring back Nuttylnd.

He was deleted because he spammed the board of NationStates, not the forum of Europe, genius.
