This kid keeps asking the sam questions over and over again, about how to declare war. Now, with all the multiple threads and tons of answers, he continues to spam up NS and I.I with these mindless threads.

Sometimes the best way to learn the ropes is to experience it for yourself. I'll do it if he wants to, and I'll limit my tech to give him a better chance.

Look, I don't know how old you are, or how experienced you are with role playing, but all these multiple threads asking about war has GOT to stop. None of it is real!!!!! It's all pretend, there is no button to push that makes you go to war, you make it up, kinda like telling a story. Here, READ the first posts in each of these threads, it will take you 5 minutes.
