I have gotten tired (and I am not the only one based upon the multitude of posts against him) of Kali Corp.
They are flaming the boards and using vulgar language.
If you need examples there are plenty in the nationstates section.

Include Perfect China, a puppet of Kali, on your list.

no don't Perfect China hasn't done anything, so far just Kali has done anything to warrant Mod intervention. Let him have his other nations, hes not causing problems with them... yet

Please submit a report to the Moderator Tasklist via the Getting Help page in the FAQs. Be sure to include links to examples, so that the mod that looks into it doesn't have to hunt through the forums for proof.
