History and Development:
Originally intended for a propaganda staple, the Kasimir was developed under the direct supervision of Vasily Kasimir, the First Guarantor of Avtomat. With only one being completed, it didn’t leave ground until after the "Second and Kirovnian" revolution. It has been refitted with a Kirov Guard barracks, Flight Crew accommodations, diplomatic offices, state rooms, medical office, and even its own maintence crew and shop. All of these features were done, in preparation for the Hegemons visit to Kirovnia. Kirov intends to use it for international and domestic travel, as he fears that accommodations in some regions of Kirovnia will not be viewed as suitable for what he knows as the most powerful capitalist in the world.
