They freed the city, and he then overthrew the Marshal and assumed control of the Red Army, and renamed it, The Combined Freedom Fighters. He used a unique combination of Guerilla and Conventional Air Fighting to Push the Imperial Army back into Kurg. When he arrived at Von-Kurg, the capital of the fascist empire, he himself stormed the Imperial Palace Garrisoned with 10,000 men, with a force of only 250. He was then killed by the Emperor himself by a pistol shot to the chest, by then only his Son and 53 of the soldiers remained. Passing his saber on to his son, and gesture that was interpreted as succession of his post, he then said "Go and God willing, you will avenge me and repair our broken nation" and Died. He now resides on permanent display in a mausoleum in the center of Kirovgrad.
Generalissimus, Mikhail Sergeiovich Kirov
Gender: Male
Race: Slavikow, (Kirovnia’s polish equivalency)
Age: 19
Height: 6'0
Eyes: Green
Hair: Light Brown, Style Varies
Body Type: Used To Be Lean, Now Overweight
Occupation: Generalissimus, Air Marshal, Fleet Admiral, Senior Colonel of the Kirov Guard, General of the Border Guard, Commissar Marshal of the People’s Revolutionary Board.
Accent: A Strange Mixture of Slavic/Nkumai
Wife: Not Married
Children: None
Other Family: Sergei Kirov (Father, Deceased), Colonel Grandobo (Stepmother)
Background:
Mikhail’s Tale isn’t a happy one, he watched his parents get killed during a Skirmish, he was the only one left from his village, and surviving by being locked in a fire safe by his father. After sixteen hours of sitting in the dark fire safe, with only a little bit of air left, it was cracked open by Sergei Kirov, a Senior Lieutenant at the time. After receiving clearance from his C/O he adopted the young Mikhail. Mikhail grew up in Nkumai, developing a fondness for the region. He learned to speak the language quickly, and came to appreciate the culture of Nkumai. When he was 13 he received approval from his father, who had become the Central Marxnian Party Organizer of Nkumai, to become a Cadet in the Red Air Force. At 15 he became the youngest commissioned officer in Marxnias history. However soon after word of the loss of Marxnigrad arrived in Nkumai, two weeks after it happened. With no form off replying Sergei Kirov, Organized his army, and sent officials to have the people of Odei and Stepojistan, who were loyal to Marxnia, assemble an army. Despite his father’s objections, Mikhail became a combat pilot, favoring the ground attack "Stukov" aircraft. When the army reached Avtomat, Mikhail had a total of 27 confirmed tank kills 13 truck kills, and became an Ace in one day with 7 confirmed air kills. When news of his prowess with aircraft came, combined with the lack of experienced officers, Mikhail became the General of the Air Force, at the age of 16 the youngest functional General Officer in the combined history of Kirovnia. After many long months of battle, they pushed the Imperial Army, back into Kurgnian territory, and besieged Von-Kurg in his own capital. After his father died he took his saber, and continued on, finding the Emperor and engaged him in one on one sword combat. He eventually over took the Emperor and decapitated him. The emperor’s head remains on display preserved forever, in the Kirovgrad museum of “The Great War against Fascism”. After that triumph, the “Old Guard of the Republic” as they called themselves, assumed leadership, while Mikhail Remained a symbolic leader, and propaganda figure. He was recalled to the capital after, through Mikhail’s leadership the broken remnants of the Imperial Army were wiped up and the rest of the slave camps liberated. The “Old Guard” sent him on “vacation” in Urborobad, Nkumai. He was docile; he had some of his friends with him, and his grieving stepmother to take care of. Besides by then he had started to take notice of the women, something that he had never had time for during the war, and something that the old guard sent to keep him distracted. The Marxnian government grew more and more corrupt in his absence, and when news of this corruption reached him, he tried to go back to Marxnigrad to confront the “Old Guard”. He was stopped by an entire Regiment of men, whose only purpose was to maintain his exile. As news of the atrocities that got to him by way of Nkumai spies still loyal to Mikhail, he could no longer sit in exile. He had the Nkumai, which were now being targeted by government approved bigotry, poison their water supply, and only drink from their own collected rainwater. Soon after most of the soldiers were either dead or dying, Mikhail was free to rally the people; it wasn’t long before he was able to create a second army, mostly out of 14-16 year olds and 40-60 year olds. It was an unconventional and in experienced army, but they were motivated by something much greater than any other army, even the first red army was, The Spirit of Kirov. The quickly gained ground as most of the army was away fighting the empire, all the way, picking up battle hardened soldiers for their cause, and disgruntled factory workers, and peasants who were half starved. The rag tag army was at Marxnigrad in no time and besieging the city wasn’t even necessary. It was no time before Mikhail, clad in his White Jacket, and a chest full of medals (legitimately awarded) had the entire old guard arrested and put on trial that very day. As the judge himself, Mikhail handed Death sentences to all of the members of the old guard, and immediately began construction of a new government. By now he was 17. After all the nominations were in, elections were held, and a people’s revolutionary board was established. The armed forces were reformed and there are now 6 branches. Now he often travels in disguise and investigates factories himself, making sure they comply with Kirovnian law.
Grandobo
Gender: Female
Race: Nkumai (Black)
Age: 32
Height: 6’7
Eyes: Black
Hair: Black, Slicked back like a man’s haircut
Body Type: Muscular
Occupation: Colonel of the Kirov Guard
Accent: Slavic
Husband: Not Married (Close Relations with Sergei Kirov)
Children: Mikhail Kirov (Assumed Role of Stepmother after Establishing Relations with Sergei)
Background:
Grandobo had a standard childhood until she turned 13 and hit a remarkable growing spurt, at the age of 18 this spurt ended at the height of 6’7. The average height for an Nkumai woman in Urborobad being 5’4 this made her stand out. She was accepted to the Red Army Academy in Urborobad and did amazingly well. Once graduated she transferred to the Red Air Support Nkumai Division, also stationed in Urborobad, and distinguished herself there as well. With the shortage of military officers in the region she held double rank as a senior lieutenant in both the Red Air Force and the Red Army. With the dual responsibilities being so much, she resigned her commission in the Red Air Force at the age of 26, remaining an Army officer. She never did get married; the Nkumai men were intimidated by her size, strength, and uniform. Her army career wasn’t of much note until Sergei Kirov arrived. She was then thrust into recruiting activity, which again because of her size wasn’t successful in recruiting men, but she did get an overwhelming female audience which caused the early Nkumai Red Army to be 76% women, this majority was of course corrected by Sergei implementing “Glorious Conscription”. She and Sergei’s relationship slowly started to develop into more, but Grandobo was a military officer before a woman, so she found polite ways to try to slow Sergei’s advances, she was however thrilled that a man was finally paying attention to her. When Sergei was promoted to the Central Marxian Party Organizer of Nkumai, he was no longer technically a military officer, so the barrier that had held them apart was shattered and they became inseparable. While reports of the War were returning, telling amazing stories of success and only requesting small amounts of Nkumai recruits, they lived a normal life as a young couple in Marxnia would, they saw movies, plays, went to restaurants, and did other things that young couples do. Sergei was sold when she also began to act as a mother towards Mikhail; however his disbelief in marriage common among those who grew up in Marxnian schools, caused him never to marry, because there was no need. It was also in this time that she learned that she was infertile, a revelation that she wasn’t surprised with, given her strange teenage growing spurt, nor one that distressed her because she was happy with her step-son. So the reports of the war becoming more fantastic everyday they thought that they would live a long fruitful life together. Then the emergency broadcast came over every Channel, Avtomat, the city on the border with Nkumai and Odei, was under siege. She was instantly promoted to Major General and Sergei was the Political General, and together united the countries of Nkumai, Odei, and Stepogistan. Upon rescuing the besieged city of Avtomat, she joined him as he confronted Marshal Galid. When the Red Army was essentially reformed, the temporary, though agonizing professionalism required of them was no longer necessary, she started to fly again, most of the time as her stepsons wingman, and in the evening she and Sergei, would picnic together with other military officers. When they had gotten to the Imperial Palace, that the Emperor had locked himself in she witnessed Sergei fall into his three day long seizure known as his Glorious Revelation, one that only a few were around or allowed to witness, and she cared for his recovery as it left him temporarily unable to walk or even move. She showed tears as he told his tale of how Saint’s Michael, Peter, and Joseph told him of God's will that he Strom the Imperial Palace and how they revealed to him a secret entrance that would allow them to bypass most of the garrisoned soldiers. He left out however, that he also knew that this would lead to his death, something that she learned after the fact by reading his secret book that he had written in the two weeks after this revelation, in addition to writing his other book, the public one witch laid out a detailed system of law and order. She watched with amusement and started to question his sanity as he chose the 250 people who were to follow him into the palace, one of whom was a catholic priest who Mikhail had released from The Kurgnian Prison system. When she had started to privately question his sanity with him, she was soon convinced with a vision of her own, though more brief and not lasting more than 4 minutes. She survived the fighting in the Palace, and cradled Sergei after he was shot, and passed his saber on to Mikhail. She then entered into a blood frenzy, the remainders of the unit had trouble keeping up, with her, literally breaking the soldiers that stood before her with a combination of her mace and her fist, her vest absorbed most of the bullets, however the ones that hit her arms and legs, didn’t seem to cause her much trouble, The love of her life, gone, with one bullet from a flintlock pistol, shot by the most evil man in existence. When they reached the roof of the palace, she killed Von-Kurg’s 4 remaining guards and had to be held down and subdued with a great amount of diacetylmorphine (Heroin) from the Medical Officer accompanying them, to keep her from killing the Emperor. When she woke up, she swore never to allow another Kirov to fall, she established, not caring if Mikhail approved or not, the Kirov Guard, whose ranks are composed of widowers and a few widows of the Lost, those killed as soldiers in the war, or killed in the genocide. She established their mission as protecting the Kirov at all cost, no matter the sacrifice. She now, rarely is found more than 100yrds from Mikhail, but when needs arise she acts as his representative in government matters.
Captain Miroslav Petrovik
Race: Slavic
Age: 57
Height: 5'10
Eyes: Blue, Grayed Out Right Eye Due To Wartime Injury
Hair: Grey, Slicked Back
Body Type: Slightly Overweight
Occupation: Kirov's State Plane Pilot for Any State Plane.
Accent: Slavic, Raspy and Obnoxiously Loud

Background:
Miroslav is a Captain in the Fleet's Airlift Division. Beginning as an Ensign on an Airship, he transferred when he made Junior Lieutenant to the Airlift division, which had the maximum grade of Captain. He however was not concerned with the prospect of having a rank cap, as he viewed flying a Transport much more fun than sitting around on an airship. He was shot down by Imperial Flack while trying to resupply a destroyer in Kurgnian territory. As Fleet tradition mandates he was last to bail from the plane, which he never quite got out of, rather it broke up around him causing him great personal injury including the loss of an eye, and a knee injury that requires him to keep it in a hinged brace so it doesn’t twist. After recovering in a hospital he was promoted to Commander and given an administration job because fleet regulations did not allow him to fly. This changed when he first met Sergei Kirov. Sergei was impressed by his record and gave him a chance to prove he could still fly a plane. He passed with flying colors, and became Kirov's own personal pilot flying him back and forth between the front and the capital as necessary. After Sergei's death, it was just assumed that he would continue his job for Mikhail.
Lieutenant Colonel Miloslav Illushin
Race: Half Slavic, Half Nkumai
Age: 28
Height: 6'2
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Black, Slicked Back in the Fashion Common amongst Military Officers.
Body Type: Extremely Fit
Occupation: Co-Pilot for Miroslav Petrovik
Accent: Slavic
Wife: Not Married
Children: None
Background:
A young pilot in the Air Force, he originally was in the Retaliatory Level Bombing Wing, and some of his first mission's were dropping "Salt Bombs" that made much of the land that Marshal Galid was losing infertile. When pilots started to object to such barbaric measures was they watched the land slowly and gradually die, Miloslav instead decided to follow orders due to his firm belief that if the Fascists were going to win, they might as well win nothing, it wasn't before long that he was the Senior Pilot and was then promoted to Major, and made the squadron commander. He continued this service until the project was abandoned, then he was moved over to Airlift command and flew transports full of wounded and retreating soldiers. It was quite a coincidence that Miroslav was the one who was commanding all aspects of airlift command. They got to know each other, and drank together quite often. When Sergei asked Miroslav to recommend a Co-Pilot, he didn’t hesitate to recommend Miloslav. Now Miloslav spends most of his time carrying the drunk and passed out Miroslav back home and sobering him up, or catching things that his blind right eye misses, keeping him out of trouble in general. He has leveled out at Lieutenant Colonel and refuses promotion, on grounds that Miroslav needs to be his superior officer, or transfer so that he can gain promotion because he is "The best damned pilot in the world, besides Miroslav of course, and I belong in Kirov’s cockpit”. Mikhail Kirov never ceases to be amused by the Pair’s similarity in name.

She is the foremost figure in knowledge of his personality, childhood, military career, and even his “preferences” with women. Grandobo works tirelessly to engage the two though Kirov seems to be busy all the time to notice her flirtatious advances. She has been selected by Grandobo to guide the Hegemon through Kirovnia as her translator and guide. He went to the Guard office, and due to his family's standing he was imediatly Commissioned a Lieutenant. He oversaw the men who guarded the emperors horses at first, A job that had no info to relay to the resistance. Eventually to try to force his promotion, the resistance staged a fake attack on the stables, they sacrificed 3 men, to get Alfred promoted. Alfred became a hero, witch he thought was pretty funny since he was just in charge of Six men, who guarded horses for a living. He was promoted to Senior Lieutenant, and given a post within the palace. Now he was able to report back to the resistance with some valuable infomation. It wasn't long before he was discoverd, however, and had to have his entire family smuggled into Kirovnian territory. He then joined the Kurgnian Partisans, a group of escaped Kurgnians, who fought alongside the Marxists to overthrow the empire. After the overthrowing of the empire, Alfred joined the borderguard as many of the partisans did. He was encouraged to go to flight school, and did marginally well.

He was oblivious to their treatment, untill he attended on Accident one of their beatings by his overseer. Shortly after that, realizing that the Government propaganda version of slavery was entirely false, He joined the resistance. The resistance assiagned him with joining the Emporers Palace Guard and trying to get as close to him as possible. It worked, the news that got back to the Emperor was that Alfred fought off 100 men hand to hand, of course that didnt happen, but the Kurgnian propaganda machine got a hold of it, before Alfred told anybody the true story. He usually doesnt fly his own planes, and spends most of his time in a much larger plane, looking at radar screens and making sure all the air traffic in and out is supposed to be there.
