A ranch in the north mountains of Ang Philippines was calling for new workers. The family who had owned it for generations had always hired additional hands to help with the work. The oldest daughter 23 year old Mimiru Kuukura had long stayed to help her family and other siblings. Almost all applicants were citizens looking for additional work or other things, but today their next applicants would be foreign the first foreigners. Mimiru sat with her father, mother, aunt, uncle, and two other co-owners of the ranch. This was her first year to give interviews.

Mimiru's parents were a bit adverse. This wasn't just a simple job this was a matter of having to get help to move and herd animals especially during grazing times. "None at all? When he left and later that night they poured over the applicants. David came up soon. "He has no farming experience," her mother Ruuki said

"Forget any ranching." Her father Christano said.

"Let's go for him, he seems willing to work." Mimiru said.

"Dear everyone is willing to work. Think how many others who need work."

"I know, but this is mostly for the season anyway, who knows it could lead to good things." Mimiru said.
