State Visit of President White of the New British Shores to The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde.

Diplomatic Communication;

The following programm has been arranged for President White while visiting The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde.

Day 1:

- 10.00 AM; Expected arrival of President White at s'Gravenhage International Airport.

- 10.10 AM; Welcome Ceremony at s'Gravenhage International Airport. *Official welcome by President Roosevelt down the aircraft stairs
*Inspecting the troops.
*And finnaly the National flag raising ceremony, while both national anthems are played and peformed by the Presidential Marine Band.

-10.30 AM; President White of the New British shores and President Roosevelt of Noordeinde will leave the Airport by Motorcade.

-11.30 AM; Arrival Motorcade at the Presidential Residence downtown s'Gravenhage.

-12.00 AM: Lunch at the Presidential Residence with both first families.

- 2.00 PM: Both Presidents will leave the Presidential Residence by motorcade to pay a visit to the Ambassador of the New British Shores to Noordeinde.

- 2.30 PM: Arrival at the New British Shores Embassy, and visit to the Ambassador.

- 4.30 PM: Both Presidents will leave the Embassy by motorcade to get back to the Presidential Residence.

- 5.00 PM: Arrival at Presidential Residence, untill 6.00 PM President White and the New British Shores first family have some Private time to dress up for the Official State Dinner.

- 6.00 PM: Official State Dinner at the Presidential Residence.

- 8.00 PM: President White and President Roosevelt leave the Presidential Residence by Motorcade to visit a peformance of the National Orchestra at s'Gravenhage Opera Building.

- 8.15 PM: Arrival of President White and President Roosevelt at the s'Gravenhage Opera Building.

- 8.30 PM: Start show National Orchestra.

-10.30 PM: end show National Orchestra, begin drink afther the show.

-11.00 PM: end of drink afther the show, President White and President Roosevelt leave the s'Gravenhage Opera Building by Motorcade.

-11.15 PM: Arrival at the Presidential Residence of both Presidents.

End Programm Day 1.

Day 2.

- 9.00 AM: Breakfast at Presidential Residence.

- 10. 15 AM: President White and Roosevelt will leave the Presidential Residence by Motorcade.

- 10.30 AM: Arrival of President White and Roosevelt at Congress/ Official visit of President White to Noordeinde Congress.

-12.30 PM: President White and president Roosevelt leave Congress by Motorcade to visit the Secretary of Treasury at the Department of Treasury.

- 1.00 PM: Arrival at the Department of Treasury/ Official visit to the Secretary of Treasury and the Department of Treasury.

- 3.00 PM: end of visit to the Department of Treasury/ Both Presidents will leave the Department of Treasury by Motorcade.

- 3.30 PM: Arrival at the Grand Dukes Palace/ Official visit to The Grand Duke of Noordeinde.
( The President is the Head of Government, The Grand Duke is the Head of State)

- 3.30 PM to 4.00 PM: Guided tour by the Grand Duke of Noordeinde through the Grand Ducal Palace.

- 4.00 PM: "High tea" with the Grand Duke of Noordeinde.

- 5.00 PM: Private time for President White and the New British Shores first family to prepare and dress up for having dinner with the Grand Duke.

- 6.00 PM: Dinner with The Grand Duke.

- 8.00 PM: Gala in honor of President's White visit to Noordeinde.

-11.00 PM: End of Gala, President White and the New British Shores first family will spend the night at the Grand Ducal Palace, in the Guest Suites.

Day 3:

9.00 AM to 10.00 AM: Breakfast with The Grand Duke of Noordeinde.

10.00 AM: The Presidential Motorcade will leave the Grand Ducal Palace and will drive toward s'Gravenhage International Airport.

11.00 AM: The Presidential Motorcade will arrive at the Airport.

11.10 AM: Official ending of State Visit to Noordeinde.
* Inspecting the troops with President Roosevelt.
* Both national anthems will be played and peformed by the Presidential Marine Band.
* President Roosevelt will acompanny President White over the red carpet to the aircraft stairs.
* The New British Shores AF 1 will take-off.

It was 9.55 AM, and President Jonathan Roosevelt finished his final round of inspections with his Chieff of Staff.

All Militairy Police troops (http://preview.depers.nl/UserFiles/Image/2008/200810/20081008/erewacht.jpg) in Ceremonial Uniform were ready to be inspected soon by their own President, Jonathan Roosevelt and President White of the New British Shores.

The Presidential Marine band (http://robertarood.files.wordpress.com/2007/10/marine-band.jpg) as well stood ready for the "Welcomming Ceremony" of President White.

Further all cars wich would participate in the Motorcade (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=595938) were checked on everything, and stood ready to be used. Especcialy the 2 armored Mercedes-Benz 380 SEL convertibles (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/StateCar23.jpg?t=1244487863) in which the Presidents and their spouses would be transported in due the verry good, summer weather.

Afther all checks were checked the Chieff of Staff accompanied President Roosevelt to the end of the red carpet where the aircraft stairs stood.

Presidential Offices

John sat behind his desk aboard Air Force One. He sipped on a Iced Water as he read the folder he’d been given. The folder which contained all the information he’d need to know about the country he’d be visiting. He caught a glimpse of the Sentinel in charge of his detail outside the door.
“Tom!” He called to the man. The Sentinel stopped, turned and walked into the office.
“Yes Mister President?” The Sentinel asked as he straightened in suit.
“Are the Preparations complete?” John asked,
“Yes sir, we’ve got everything we need from our advance team” The Sentinel replied smartly “Is that all sir, I’ve got some paperwork to finish before we land”
“No, thank you Sentinel Baxter” John replied with a smile and watched as the Sentinel turned and walked out of the Office.

Sentinel Tom Baxter walked back along the Aircraft to the Sentinel’s Office. Already waiting was the rest of the Sentinel’s present. Tom gave them their briefing and got all the paperwork filled in. The Aircraft banked as they approached Noordeinde Airspace.

“Attention Noordeinde Air Traffic Control, New British Shores Air Force One, requesting permission to enter your airspace” The Pilot requested “Our fighter escorts will peel off now”
As Air Forec One was cleared enterence her escort of Eurofighters peeled off and headed out to their holding point. Air Force One continued until it approached the airport.
"NBS Air Force One, requesting Approach. clearence"

Noordeinde Air Traffic Controll
"This is Noordeinde Air Traffic Control, New British Shores Air Force one, you are cleared to land."

On the Tarmac of s'Gravenhage International Airport.

A Special Agent of the Noordeinde Secret Service stood next to the president with a radio scanner in his hand.

"Mister President, the New British Shores Air Force one has been cleared to land, as you might see, up in the sky over there, they are on final approach and will be here on the tarmac in a few minutes."

Air Force One touched down on the runway a few minutes later and was taxied to it's parking point. Aboard the President got ready. Two Sentinels, Baxter and anther would disembark first, followed by the President followed by the other four Sentinels. The rest of the party would then follow as agreed.

s'Gravenhage International Airport.

The Presidential Marine Band started to play while President White and multiple Security people walked down the aircraft stairs.

Down the stairs President Roosevelt greeted President White and they shaked hands.

"President White, it is an honor to finnally have you here. We arranged a great programm for you if I may say. And ofcourse I hope you had a good flight?"

John smiled as he was greeted by President Roosevelt.
"President Roosevelt, it's my honour to be here" He replied "The flight was fine thank you, I look forward to the Program, i skimmed over the provisional one your people sent my people and It does look good"

Tom watched as his President met the Foreign president, at the same time he kept a cautious gaze on the surronding area.

" Well that's a releave for me that you like the programm! How do you actually want me to call you, John, Mister President, Mister White?"

"And if I may I like to introduce you to my Chieff of Staff Jim Kennedy, and well... my wife will be waiting for us at the Presidential Residence. And afther the ceremony we will be go there by car as you might have seen in the programm."

"And further I think it would be good if the Noordeinde Secret Service men and women, which are all over the place, will meet with your Security personnel, so that both Security Agencies can provide you the best safety as they can arrange."

"John will be fine Mister President" John replied with a smile to President Roosevelt before being introduced to Chief of staff Kennedy, he nodded a welcome and shook his hands "I agree, this is Sentinel Baxter, he's head of my Protective detail so he'd be the best first choice"

"Verry Good, and nice to meet you Mister Baxter."

And President Jonathan Roosevelt shooked hands with Mister Baxter. Chieff of Staff Jim Kennedy interupted the conversation between both Presidents.

"Mister President, President White, we have a tight schedule as you might know, so we're going to have the Ceremony."

Both Presidents followed Chieff of Staff Kennedy to the end of the red carpet. From that point a Commander of the Noordeinde Militairy Police took-over.

"Mister President Roosevelt and Mister President White, may I invite you to inspect the troops."

Both Presidents followed the Commander along multiple rows of Militairy Police Officers in ceremonial uniform which saluted both Presidents.

Afther the troops were inspected the Presidents followed the Commander to a podium. both Presidents climbed the little stairs onto the podium. And afther both Presidents were ready, the Presidential Marine Band started to peform the New British Shores national Anthem, and the New British Shores flag was raised into top. Afther the New british Shores flag was raised the Noordeinde national anthem was peformed by the Presidential Marine Band while the flag of Noordeinde was raised into top as well.

Afther the Ceremony Chieff of Staff Kennedy approached the Presidents.

"Mister President Roosevelt, Mister President White, the ceremony has come to an end, I would like to invite you to follow me to motorcade which is standing ready to leave."

"And Mister President White, althoug you have red the Programm and the Motorcade Factbook, due the great wheater circumstances we arranged an armored Mercedes-Benz 380 SEL convertible (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/StateCar23.jpg) for you to drive you to the Presidential Residence, as well for you Mister President Roosevelt. But Mister President White we have multiple other vehicles standing ready for you. You can use these vehicles at every time, just ask for them. Both other cars stand in the Motorcade Factbook. John nodded as they walked towards the Motorcade
"Of course, thank you Mr Kennedy" He said in responce "Mr President, your troops are a credit to you and your nation"

"Thank you John, and actually I prefer you to call me Jonathan, Mister President sounds such old." Jonathan smiled.

"How is your wife actually doing John, I haven't seen her yet, is she still with your staff onboard the New British Shores Air Force One? And I must confess it's a beautifull plane John."

"Yes my wife's still on the plane, waking my son up" Here John rolled his eyes "He's one hard boy to wake up"
John looked back at the plane
"Yes she is isn't she" John smiled "I've been trying to talk congress into letting me keep one of the AF1 planes when I eventually leave office, hasn't worked yet though..."

"To bad, to bad" Jonathan laughed.

Again Chieff of Staff Jim Kennedy interupted their conversation.

"Mr President White, Mr President Roosevelt, we will leave the airport soon. Mr President White, I guess you would like to be accompanied by your wife while driving to the Presidential Residence? Because if so she needs to be here within 10 minutes otherwise we will be behind schedule. And Mr President White, I arranged that your sun can sit next to the driver(which is also a Special Agent with the Noordeinde Secret Service) of the Mercedes-Benz 380 SEL convertible (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/StateCar23.jpg), otherwise he had to go by the Cabinets bus (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/StateBus1.jpg) with the other staff members and security personnel "

"Jim, you shouldn't be suched worried about everything. I'm sure Misses White and their sun will be on time here before the motorcade leaves." President Roosevelt sad while having a big smile on his face.

"Here they come now" John commented looking back at the Plane, he saw his wife and son walk down the stairs and onto the tarmac.

"Verry Good Sir, verry good" Chieff of Staff Jim Kennedy sad.

As Miss White and junior approached President Roosevelt he stretched his arm to shake their hands.

"Madam White, junior, Welcome to the Grand Duchy of Noordeinde, I hope the both of you as well will enjoy your stay here."

"Thank you Mr President" Jenny White replied with a smile "I look forward to seeing your country"

"And we will try our best to give you a good impression of how Noordeinde is Madam White."

Afther this conversation both Presidents stepped in the arranged armored Mercedes-Benz 380 SEL convertible State Cars (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/StateCar23.jpg). Afther that the coordinator of the motorcade, which is a member of the Noordeinde Secret Service, made it's final checks, and afther he had given "Green light" the Motorcade started rolling and made it's way towards the exit of the airport.

Eventually the motorcade entered the public road, from this point it was an hour drive to the Presidential Residence (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/Catshuis.jpg), even though all Chevrolet Suburbans (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/SecretService1.jpg?t=1244552878) of the Noordeinde Secret Service, which conduct the motorcade have lights and sirens.

President Roosevelt enjoyed the ride already, the wheater was good and he was sitting in a special convertible State Car, he hoped that the New British Shores first family did enjoy the ride as well in the other State car in front of him.

The White family enjoyed the trip, especiialy young Shaun White who was looking from left to right so fast his head nearly came spinning off.

After approximately an hour both Mercedes-Benz 380 SEL convertible State Cars (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/StateCar23.jpg) and the Cabinets Bus (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/StateBus1.jpg) drove through the Gate of the Presidential Residence (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/Catshuis.jpg), and slowly rolled to the entrance of the Presidential Residence (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/Catshuis.jpg).

President Roosevelt was let out first of the car, so that he could accompanny his wife with welcomming President White, Madam White and Shaun White at the Presidential Residence (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/Catshuis.jpg).

The first Lady of Noordeinde, Laura Roosevelt, hadn't meet yet with the foreign President and his family, she stretched her arm to shake all of their hands immediatley at the point that the Special Agent of the Noordeinde Secret Service opened the door.

"Well I see you have met already with the President, my husband Jonathan." She smiled.

"I hope all of you had a good flight? And ofcourse welcome to the Presidential Residence (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/Catshuis.jpg)! Ehm...for your information all members of the Cabinet gathered inside the Residence and they will have lunch with us, and they are verry gladd to meet you!"
