I wish to create a serial killer character to visit a few nations as it wanders about.

I have a concept which I will try to not reveal too soon, only through clues. I am going to take ideas from shows, movies, songs and literature instead of just something to write gore about. This will be about character concept and hopefully I will be able to stop by and leave a few corpses along with a couple clues before moving on. Perhaps even get a few characters banding together to try finding and stopping me before I strike again.

I am asking for volunteers to be visited. Of course, this means I get to kill a couple of your people before moving on but it will not be anyone important unless you make it so. I am keeping details secret for obvious reasons, please be patient and if someone figures out something do not give it away and spoil it for others, contact me via email or TG instead.

If anyone is still here and considering this, please post your interest and we can figure something out.

This will give people a chance to showcase how their civilians live (and die) in their nation.

On a side note, my character will only murder, there will be no rape. That is completely distasteful and unnecessary.

I'm in. ISB needs people to hunt besides gangsters.

BTW once the killer leaves can we send a police unit after them?

I will add all three to the list and work my way down it in order. If you want you can contact others and put together a forensics team or something and work together. Think of the RP opportunities...

I changed the order because there a Quarentine around OG's nation that only permits traffic to ND. It would logically allow the killer to go there next since the Quarentine would not stop him while it would seriously impede travel elsewhere.

Added TRIAD to the list and pasted the IC link. Be sure to follow along but don't use anything until you find out ICly about it. If we do this right it will make a great story.

What will be the Tech Level in this Thriller Thread? I still have a country on what I call Earth Prime ( The Planet where all new countries start ). This is where a MT Thread would need to " start " at least .... TG me if you require more details Bal.

Korm, Tech level is that of your nation. Bal's "Jack the Ripper" is going to go from nation to nation, doing his thing. Although it is meant for more of average people, like the Joes and Janes that are often nameless.

Thats Cool .... also I would be willing to team up with you. Although I might decide to have more then one hunter if that is OK with Bal.

This is definately FT, otherwise it will be diffacult to travel from nation to nation that are light years apart.

I am hoping those who are "blessed" by my visit would chose to send at least one inspector on my trail but remember, once out of your nation you are in someone elses juristriction and has to abide by their own laws.

That might be a place to start. Think about your current laws and the victims and make a few notes.

I am planning on remaing here. The new Forums suck when trying to use a cell phone to view them.
