Recently, we have managed to get hold of a government memo, which has been very quietly released. The memo says that the government intends to change the present imperial title from Holy Osean Emperor to Holy Roman Emperor. Along with that, the old name of the nation, the Holy Roman Empire of the Osean Nation, is to be re-adopted. These changes are to be enacted before Crown Prince Josephs Coronation. The reason for these moves is unknown and only intelligent guesses are available to us. We will provide more information on this to you as we recieve it.
