RE: display rifles
You have received this because we feel your company is reputable. We are the KSA, Kingdoma Spaciel Argmi, the special forces for Worplesdon. We ask you to take part in an open contest for a contract to supply us with a parade rifle.
This gun shall be used, as suggested, during parades, and other shows. as well as being used by the guards in the palace, defending the Monarchy at all times.
It is a very open contest, our requirements are as follows:
Must be beautiful to look at.
Comfortable to hold.
Cannot have a full auto mode, burst mode at most.
Must have a wooden body
The prize is a contract for 1500 guns (whatever their cost) and prize money of $50 Million.
This is a chance for your company's artistic creative juices flowing, we look forward to your entrant.
(ooc: Basically I am looknig for a rifle that will see very little use, but will be used in parades, to show off, so it doesn't need to have all the technology of modern rifles, this is more an artistic gunsmith's contest)

Official Communique from Ravenkov Military Industries
The recent request from your nation for a ornate parade rifle has not fallen upon deaf ears for us in RMI. While we may not be as reputable as some of the other more international military manufacturers, I believe you will find our product most satisfactory. Without further a due, RMI would like to put forward our K-75 Battle Rifle (http://z4.invisionfree.com/NSDraftroom/index.php?showtopic=6095) for consideration. While it is a fully functional and effective rifle, we also supply a purpose built ceremonial variant for just such an occasion. The metal alloys used in the ceremonial version are much brighter and more luminous then the combat rifle, and the composite plastic body and steel stock are also replaced by all-Volzgradien oak stock and body.
The K-75 fits all listed criteria most effectively, and we are more then willing to add any customizations to the rifles that are needed.

Press Conference - Woking Conference Centre
The lights were dim. Spectators could barely make out the podium on the small stage. Suddenly, it was doused in light, the stage was illuminated, revealing the 14 KSA Master-Commanders all sitting, relaxed along the back wall of the stage.
One stood, Matthew Sutton, his strong muscular body slowly walked towards the podium. He stood, silent for a moment, he hated public speeches. He then spoke in a loud clear voice:
"Welcome all, today shall be the revealing of our newest weapon. This weapon will be used to defend His Royal Highness and his much loved family around the many palaces they inhabit. They shall also be used in parades, and public displays, more as decoraative pieces. To humanise the KSA and the King's Guard as it were. They are beautiful weapons, whilst still deadly, they aren't as aggresive as our battle rifles, which we used to use as parade guns.
So, without further ado, I can reveal the winner of the contract is M.A.C Industries, with their Parade Benchmark."
The weapon flashes up on the wall behind them, in a 3D model, showing it from many different angles. The crowd claps, and flashes flash from all around.
"M.A.C has already been informed, and the weapons should be with us in the coming weeks, any questions?"
Sutton began taking questions on the rifle's military specification.
