The Holy Osean Empire has decided to start a program offering the position of Imperial Free State to any nation on the international stage that desires the benefits that are offered by the position.

The benefits and duties given upon becoming an Imperial Free State are:-

Imperial Free States will be put under the protection of the Empire from any unprovoked agression. In exchange, the Imperial Free States will agree to do the same for the Holy Osean Empire.
The Holy Osean Empire will provide significant subsidies to the economies of Imperial Free States. In exchange, the Imperial Free States will agree to contribute a certain amount of their annual GDP, the exact amount decided by negotiations between the Empire and individual Imperial Free States, to the treasury of the Empire.
The Holy Osean Empire will agree to help fund infrastructure development in Imperial Free States.
The Holy Osean Empire will not interfere with the internal policies of Imperial Free States, as long as they are within the boundries on international law. However, the Empire requires that it should be informed of foreign policy decision made by Imperial Free States before they are acted upon.
The Imperial Free States will get a representative in the lower House of the Imperial Diet, the Senate. This gives Imperial Free States the ability to voice their opinions and concerns to the Osean Government as they wish.

OOC:So basically this turns the subscribing states into Protectorates?, because based on the description of it looks rather similar to that of 18th Century Protectorate Nations Treaties, no offense meant here just stating what it looks like

OOC: Its similar. But I don't particualary care about how other players run their nations. The only reason I have included any interference at all by my government it that it enables me to make sure any one who volunteers doesn't do something really stupid, like mass ethnic cleansing or similar things, which would serve as an excuse for lots of players to go and attack them.
