“Good afternoon. I'm Lacrimosa Archer for the Templarian News Network news at 8. Our top story today is the announcement by the Ministry of Atomic, Biological and Chemical Warfare that the Imperium’s stockpile of nuclear bombs, missiles and torpedoes are being phased out in favour of more standard weapons of war. The government’s official reason for the declaration is that the deterrent of nuclear weapons is no longer needed in such a large scale as is presently had. Sources inside the Ministry were also quoted off record giving possible instability within the Imperium as another reason. The ministry has also stated that their biological and chemical arsenals will remain unheeded by the nuclear disarmament and possibly increased to compensate for the lack of nuclear weapons if need be. A small number of short range missiles and bombs will be kept for use in homeland defense. The Ministry invite any and all queries to your nearest Shadow Corps representative, who will make sure that you and your questions are taken care of. In other news, one little kitty in the Karasi region will never walk again after an unfortunate accident involving a large amount of Semtex explosives…”

OOC: Looking for internation reactions, applause, condemnation, offers to purchase the big bada bombs, whatever. Invasions for no real reason are not welcome. Threats/posturing are.

TO: Whomever it may concern
From: The ministry of Defense, Republic of Fictions

It has come to our attention that the government of Void Templar is planning
on a nuclear disarmament. While our government's formal view is that we
commend this move, we would like to negotiate the purchase of some of the
nuclear weapons that you claim to no longer need.

Mr. Blue checked his watch as he walked through the airport. His flight had just landed in the capitol of Void Templars and he was on his way to try and negotiate the sale of some of the nuclear material and weaponry to his country.

His next stop was the Ministry of Atomic, Biological and Chemical Warfare. Italia Orientale's government had employed their intelligence branch, the Foreign Service Corps (FSC), to handle the situation. The FSC would be able to keep all transactions between them and the Templarian government secret to avoid any international controversy and bad publicity.

Mr. Blue walked out of the terminal and got into a cab. "Ministry of Atomic, Biological and Chemical Warfare, please," he told the cabbie. Hopefully this was going to be short and sweet, thought the agent to himself.
