In order to establish further contact with the nations of the world, the Federal Republic wishes to state that it will be permitting embassy openings in our capital city, Dorthorpe F.D. Dorthorpe F.D. is a large city, part of the state of New Fermanagh, in the snowy north of Selenon. Dorthorpe is home to the federal government of Selenon, the headquarters of the military and, as many locals pride themselves on, the football club F.D. United, one of the 'Big Five' in the national football league.

Embassies will opening mostly in the Alpen Borough, a small area of Dorthorpe; despite this, it is one of the most highly developed boroughs in the city and scarely populated, making it a perfect location for embassies. Embassies will also be opening in Northside Borough, a large borough which has less snowfall than its fellow boroughs on average.

The embassy perimeter will be viewed as a territory of the nation it represents in a loose sense, though despite this staff will be limited to fifty, only handguns permitted in the embassy perimeter - not outside the perimeter due to Selenian law - and with the only law concering vehicles meaning that none should be armed.
