With the apparent end of the war without conflict Starfleet went back to exploration, the vastily upsized Starfleet was exploring systems each day, in task groups of up to ten ship. The UHS Valiant led one such fleet. With Commador Langley back aboard the Valiant the Valiant was exploring a spacial Rift. As they approached the ships were pulled in and found themselves a long way from home. They began to scan the area.

The Star Ship Hyperion, a Corsiar class Battlecruiser, was investigating a spacial disturbance reported by the ships sensors. When they arrived at the destination, they discovered that a temporary wormhole was formed. The Hyperion was no strangers to wormholes. But this one was different.
Liuetenant Malcom Reed sat at the First Officer station. A suprised look came to his face.
"Captain, Im not sure what this is..." Reed stated. Captain Raynor looked at the Reeds view screen. "Our sensors are showing that chromomatic particles are fluxuating from the wormhole."
Raynor's eyes widened. "Its a temporal vortex." he stated.
"Excuse me, sir?"
"Reed, search for a temporal signature."
A faint beep came from the radar. Something was coming through.
"Tactical alert. Hail them as soon as they enter." Raynor commanded.

Bridge, UHS Valiant

"We're being hailed" Vaughn reported.
"By who?" Elizabeth asked.
"Theres a ship, about half a AU away, holding postion, scanning us" Vaughn replied.
"Open a channel"
"Channel open"
"Unidentified Ship, this is the Commador Langley of the UHS Valiant, please identify yourself" Elizabeth replied cocerned that her Ten ship strong fleet would appear threatening

"This is Captain James Raynor of the Corsair class Battlecruiser, the Hyperion. What organization are you affiliated with?"
Reed came back from the Science station. He nodded to Raynor. There was a large Temporal signature emmiting from the wormhole. Reed returned to his post. Five seconds latter, he noted that the Wormhole was collapsing.

"The Plantery Republic" Elizabeth replied "Sorry for asking, but were exactly are we?"

Flight Deck, BNS Nixey

Lights on the flight deck flickered before returning to full power. "Status Report," Lt. Colonel Reilly Scott said, as his eyes adjusted to the light. Around the flight deck, officers were checking their monitors, and reviewing the system status.

"Engines Operational," replied Major Groll. "Full power restored to all systems."

"Life support is functioning normally, as are defenses," answered Lieutenant Melton.

"Sensors put us at the intended target, sir," said Major Growth.

Lt. Colonel Scott, then turned towards the one man on the Flight Deck, who was not in a military uniform. "Well Doctor, I would call that a successful test," he said to the man. "Now lets see you get us back."

Dr. Knox, paid little attention to the captain, he was reviewing his own handheld. So of the data wasn't adding up. He just didn't understand. It took him a few minutes of reviewing the test data to understand. "It appears, Colonel, that our little test had some unintended results."

Lt. Colonel Scott did not understand, "Explain," he said.

"Well, power usage during the test was far higher than expected. I reviewed the test data, to determine why, and have found a few anomalies. If this data is correct, our little experiment has done some damage. Fractures, or cracks have been made in space and time, converging on this point. They should soon close themselves up, however, I would not recommend making another trip, until they do."

Before the Lt. Colonel could answer, Lieutenant Melton spoke. "Colonel, we have contacts, multiple, of unknown origin."

"Take the ship to condition yellow," responded Colonel Scott.

Raynor sighed. "The Qoupul Sector. Delta Quadrant. Are you familiar with Chromomatic particle acceleerations, Commander?"
Raynor knew that the question would be confusing. But the answer would solve the mystery.

"The Theory" Elizabeth replied "But our scientists haven't had any luck, the Delta quadrant you say?"

"Commander, you have traveled through a 'rift' in spacetime. You happen to come in contact with a Chromomatic fluxuation rift, creating a wormhole to the Delta Quadrant. The Chromomatic particles created a Temporal vortex. To put it quite simply, commander, you traveled through time"

"Time?" Elizabeth asked looking over at jenny "Our sensors would have detected it"

Flight Deck, BNS Nixey

"Send out a message," said Lt. Colonel Scott, after reviewing the Doctor's data. "Cover all known communications frequencies."

Major Gains sent out the message. It was a simple, binary text message, to ensure the highest chance of reception and comprehension. It read:

Attention unidentified ships, please identify yourselves.

"The Temporal wake is fooling your sensors, as it is doing the Hyperion."
Helm Officer Davis signaled to the Captain that he had just received a binary text measage.

(OOC: BH... whatever happened to the ship I gave you?)

OOC: It's undergoing repairs, Starfleet didn't want to leave their best Captain out of action for long, do not worry, Commodore langely'll be back aboard when they ship out.

IC:

"Sir, we're picking up a transmission requesting our indetity" Vaughn reported.
"Ok, send this back: This is Commadore Langley, of the UHS Valiant, representing the Planetery Republic, who are we speaking to"

Mew) Commodore Langley? I see you are back aboard Valiant-A. What happened to the Ode?

A vessel that was vaguely shaped like Voyager, but wasn't nearly the same, dropped out of Warp Space in the Valiant's system. However, it clearly bore the markings of Voyager.

Mew) Yes, it looks different. We had to be refitted after the fiasco Alensia created.

"The Mew ship Voyager's dropped out of warp" Vaughn reported "They're hailing"
Commodore Langley? I see you are back aboard Valiant-A. What happened to the Ode?

"Mr President, my apologies, the Ode is currently being repaired at Starbase 6, Starfleet Command didn't want me to be out of service for that long" Elizabeth replied "I'll be back aboard the Ode when she ships out"

OOC: I do love the new enterprise, thats what my Enterprise class look like (Ie, Enterprise and Valiant)

Flight Deck, BSS Nixey

Major Gains reported, "We have a response from one of the ships. It reads, 'This is Commadore Langley, of the UHS Valiant, representing the Planetery Republic, who are we speaking to,' sir."

"Draft a reply, send it on the same frequency, directional broadcast. It should read, 'This is Lt. Colonel Reilly Scott, of the BSS Nixey. We apologize, if we have strayed into Planetary Republic space."

"Colonel, we have just detected another ship," reported Lieutenant Melton.

"Well, this is becoming quite the get together, isn't it," Lt. Colonel Scott muttered. "Document and record everything you can get on the ships, for records."

Vaughn played a responce from one of the other ships.
"This is Lt. Colonel Reilly Scott, of the BSS Nixey. We apologize, if we have strayed into Planetary Republic space."
"Lt. Colonel, it's more liekly the other way round, we beleive we are far away from home, we may have entered your space by mistake, our apolgies"

Mew) Okay, we can understand that, like I said, after the fiasco of Alensia, we needed a whole refit! Anyway, what the heck kind of a spot did you get into this time? You have plenty of ships here.

UES Valiant

"After the destructin f the last Valiant it was decided prudent for our ships to travel in grouos, headed by an Enterprise class" Elizabeth replied "During the 'War' there was...and still is and massive increase in oru ship output, we've got nearly a thousand Valiant-Class at the moment, as for our problem, we seem to have fallen through a space rift, that's left us Tens of Thosands of lightyears from home"

Flight Deck, BSS Nixey

The second message, was redirected to the command console for Lt. Colonel Scott, to read, and respond to himself, as it was clear this would become a back and forth conversation, and shouting across the flight deck would quickly become tedious. He read the message, and quickly keyed in a response.

Your apologies, are not needed, as we currently have no claim over this space. We also are a long way from home. I am curious, however, how you arrived here, at this point in space, if it is so far from your home?

Reading the responce, Elizabeth sent a messgae back

We appear to have passed through a spacial rift, that has somehow propelled us all the way out here

Mew) It's curious how you ended up so close to Mewsland without the Ode. Even so, it is still nearly 1,000,000 light years away.
