With the power invested in the Directorate by the Almighty God and the founder of the Commonwealth,The Holy Empire of Osea,Directorate has the following statement to announce.
Honor was the main column on which stood the Commonwealth,but it has been lost in the sad twists of time.
We failed as a community on the first major test that we faced,but this dark things will not be mentioned in this sad and dreadful declaration.
The Commonwealth of Independent States does not exist formally anymore,and CISFOR,CISNAV,CISAF and other branches of the Commonwealth are to return to their homelands.
The Directorate has decided that this would be the best for the alliance,of course we have talked with several other key figures of the once powerful alliance and came to this sad conclusion.
The Directorate felt that it would be best to formally leave the Commonwealth and to dissolve it until further notice.
CIS was not destroyed by outside influences but from the inside,with dreadful acts of betrayal and treason by some members whose only goal was to undermine and ultimately destroy the Commonwealth.
We do not want to name these nations as we feel that even saying their name would poison our mouth with their filth,but we hope that the government of those countries would feel their guilt.
However,The Direcorate recognizes all alliances with all CIS members and every CIS nation still has the ultimate support of the Directorate.
Dear allies and friends,these dark times will hopefully pass and we hope that this once almighty alliance will be reborn,just like Phoenix who rises from ashes.

Sadly we do not understand why you need to break diplomatic ties with are nation. We have always considered Vallardes a close ally of ours, the CIS connection not withstanding. We only wish to ask why, however we give you the warning, we have quite a bit of hardware to move from your nation, not inclusing CISM troops, if anyone of them is harmed we will not be pleased.

While the Federation is deeply saddened by the dissolution of the Commonwealth, we feel that this is a move for the best. The Federation will continue to recognize former CIS nations as allies of Oseato with the exception of The Constitutional Monarchy of Valladares, who has seen fit to spit on the fresh grave of the CIS.

We look forward to peaceful relations with the Directorate in the future and will assist in any rebuilding that need be done due to your recent conflict.

We will abide by your decision to separate all diplomatic ties with CIS nations. However be warned, if we meet again in the future do not expect a warm reception. We have always stood by you and you have supported us in the past however in light of this betrayal, we are not pleased. However it is your king not your citizens that have caused this betrayal, if they wish to say they shall not fear reprisal nor discrimination. We hope this goes for the Wolf Hold citizens in your nation.

Excellencies all,

Whilst the Empire of New Chalcedon was never an official member of the Commonwealth of Independant States, we grieve for its demise due to lack of solidarity. We hope that all nations involved learn valuable lessons from this failed alliance and ally them in the future, and wish each and every member state of the former CIS, with the sole exception of the Holy Osean Empire, the best of luck in their future endeavours.

Whatever diplomatic differences our nations may have had at various points in the past does not reduce the respect or affection that we hold for you all in our hearts, and all former CIS members, again with the exception of the Holy Empire, may consider themselves our friends if they at any time wish.

We, however, do have one question: If the nation of Valladares is not willing to explain the true reasons for their behaviour, perhaps another nation could privately contact us to explain their reasoning? It seems...rash, to burn all of ones bridges.
