#nationstates at RiZon provides a laid back alternative to the Gamesurge channels dominated by NS and NSGers. The #nationstates channel is run by II, for II (although we don't discriminate, and all are welcome).

EDIT: Since there seems to have been some confusion over our non-discrimination policy, I shall clarify. We do not discriminate in regards to forum use or RP specialty. We do not, however, have any tolerance for, nor will allow, the channel being turned into a venting place for drama and personal grudges (unless they're an OPs - OPERATOR ABUSE OLOLOLOLOL)
