The first of the new Gerald R. Ford class (Called Rainbow class in the Four Heatons) was just leaveing Harbour. The FHS Surprise was the first of the new class that would Bring the Four Heatons back into the world. Passing through the port enterence, on either side, exicted spectators waved flags and cheered as the ship left harbour for the first time since her sea trials.
On the ships Bridge, Admiral Elizabeth Langely watched proudly as the Surprise steamed steadily to meet up with the rest of the carrier group. The Surprise was the first Four Heatons ship to leave Four Heatons waters in nearly three years and it would be interesting to see how the did. The New F/A-36 "Titan"'s were the most advanced carrier bourne fighter that the Four Heatons had come up with in recent years and would protect the carrier force well.
Once the Carrier met up with its group they turned and steamed towards the open seas and International waters...
