(If you would like to join just ask me. This is the 'fall of ralkovia' kind of sort of thread. It isn't decided yet but you can join one my side or the other side. So joining in might get you the spoils of war. Here are the ground rules No nukes unless discussed otherwise and keep biological, chemical, and G-drods to a mutual agreement between users. Fictions doesn't like G-drods so you cannot use them on him. EVER. While this is MT I count MT as being anywhere from 2009-2015. However by agreement this is from the year 2009-2012. Other than that it is prefered that you have an instant messenger thread)

Ralkovia had suffered grave misjustice and disgrace at the hands of the Void. More specifically at the hands of their ruler, Empress Tara. She had promised the late Emperor, Josh Raskov's, death and she was believed to have fulfilled that promise as well as supporting the enemy during the Ralkovian Revolution. Josh was loved by the people but even more so by the death guard so his death had hit them hard and the ensuing conflict had almost ripped Ralkovia apart. Josh had known Tara and her ex-husband the Soviet System Premier Ernesto Cheark well and they had met many times. Enough for Josh to go without his death guard in long meetings. So it was this that came to mind when the late Emperor was found dead in his own pool of blood that the death guard assumed his death was from that woman.

The Death Guard from then on sought only vengeance, they never obeyed Empress Maria, the rightful heir to the throne, and in fact had already taken control of her as merely a figurehead to show the public that all was normal. So it was with a simple signature that four Vanatya Fergera Death Guard were sent to the Void's homeland for a mission that would alter history.

Devan Garret spotted the target in the palace wing with his MASSACRR Sniper Rifle. She was a good 1200 yards away and she was surrounded by some aids or something. The tree's around him rustled as the wind hit them. Branches swaying back and forth and leaves slowly falling as they prepared for winter. He slowly reached for his CCRQ-Radio and spoke slowly into it. The encrypted channel reaching only three other human's ears. They each listened to the information Garret was telling them and each adjusted their rifle and scope before confirming their target. On a small screen that adjusted for the different variables that could screw this shot up it showed a large green circle. Every thing was in the right place except those damn aides kept getting in the way.

Garret's radio gave a silent buzz, this time it was from command. It was the order of 2nd Level Vice-Commander Duelon Guvaek that made him shoot without waiting for the perfect time. So as Garret shot so did the other three death guard. Each bullet smashed through the window and into the bodies of those in the way. Those unfortunate enough to be in the way would be hit by an anti-material bullet that had to be specially made for the sniper rifle. It would so happen that those people in the way were VIPS from Fictions, seth yates, from Angenteria, lord gaius schultze, and from the Northern Baltic, Evig Naade, not to mention the heir to the Voiderian throne, Neveni Whyt.

The Death Guard immediately emptied another clip of bullets into the target room without much aiming just for good measure. Having already prepared the next step before shooting they left their rifles where they were and activated the three attached traps, a time bomb, a proximity bomb and a pull wire bomb. If the rifles were pulled, gotten close to, or just not found they would blow up. It was time to get back to the pick up point and just as the birds scattered from the gunshots so did the death guard.

Ralkovian honor had been satisfied and now the consequences would unfold.
[Sorry for short post but I have to go. This was all approved by the people who I shot.]

As soon as the first bullets shattered the oval window at the back of the room, the Crimson Guards reacted. The two agents raised their rifles and ran to the window, stepping over the body of two of the VIPs. Which ones, they weren’t sure as their faces had now been replaced by a bloody, pulpy mess on the floor. They dropped down as the snipers emptied the rest of their clip, crawling towards the window. As the final bullet narrowly missed one of the men’s heads, he slammed a button on the wall, a metal shutter rising up and sealing of the room for the inside. The two stood and moved over to the downed guests; one moving from one to the other as he quickly inspected the wounds and checked for pulses while the other yelled down his radio for a medic. Bullet holes and blood covered the walls and floor of the room, an oddly still background for such a scene of bloodshed. The door flew open, a team of medics bearing stretchers taking each of the VIPs away to the emergency bunker underneath the palace for surgery. With any luck, at least a couple of them could survive.
Later in that day, the leader of each nation present at the meeting would receive a telegram.

It is with great sorrow and remorse that I must inform you of the death of your delegate sent to the recent summit at Arkavo Palace in Karasi at the hands of an as of yet unknown team of assassins. Snipers opened fire on the group from an unknown location earlier on this evening. The Empire is now in total lockdown, with road blocks in place, ports and airports closed and tripled police activity, all on high alert looking for suspicious activity. I swear that we will find and punish the perpetrators of this act to the fullest extent of the law. However, as of yet we have not made public the event and would appreciate you doing the same. The body of your demised delegate will be interred to you at the earliest possible time. Once again, I apologise and accept full responsibility for the loss of your countryman.
Sincerely,
Acting Head of State, Commander-in-chief Rupert Salem

The guns were found by a passing bum, who got too close to the weapons after trying to claim them for himself. Guns fetched a heavy price on the black market, and hunger overrided the man’s sense of self-perseveration. The police found a dashing spectrum of blood, metal and chunks of meat a couple of minutes after the explosion.

The next day, all over the country, in each houses territory, in the cities, the countryside, the deadlands and even the sea, heavy patrols searched for the foreign agents, or anyone even remotely suspicious. The people were told that foreign agents were caught trying to destroy the nuclear power plant that powered Karasi but escaped as the reason for the manhunt. Even rebel activity stopped in most areas, subsiding heavily in the rest, with a combination of nationalism and fear caused by the heavily armed patrols. Helicopter gunships, IPV’s and gunboats were a common sight in the empire, but were now out in even greater force, police cruisers and on-foot patrols joining them in their search. Whoever did it, the general consensus was, would either be caught or swim across the freezing oceans to whatever cesspit they crawled out of. Which meant they drowned. Either way, it was win win. Unless of course they hadn't already escaped...

For a while no-one spoke, they could hardly believe this had happened. They had been given assurance that the meeting was safe and yet... Hari Acharya stared unseeingly at the paper, no matter how many times he read it he could not believe it. Seth Yates had been a good friend and high ranking member of the now ruling Sihnalo Nethikhe Party or Si'Neth as it was sometimes known. He read the letter again, he could feel his anger rising. He closed his eyes. Remain clam, remain calm, Do not lose temper they are only reporting it, they did not kill him, save it for the real culprit... He opened his eyes again, various others were watching him with varying degrees of nervousness.

“When did you receive this?” his voice was level, his tone low

“Just a few minutes ago sir, We gave it as soon as it arrived”

Acharya nodded slowly, and waved a hand vaguely above the paper “And nothing more has been heard... No further news?”

“No sir”

“How could this have happened!?” He thumped the table with his fist a pen rolled off the desk, clattering to the floor, those closest to him took a step back, Acharya's moods could be erratic at the best of times and no-one wanted to be around when he was in one of his rages.

“The man goes to a Goddamn diplomatic meeting and ends up getting assassinated! Can you not visit an ally any more without having you head blown apart? And Void Templar too! You would think that they at least would be able to prevent snipers!” He raised a one hand as though steadying himself and put another to his forehead, when he next spoke his tone was quiet again, his anger seemed to have vanished as fast as it had flared.

“I just... Hope they find out who did it... And when they do, that person had better die slowly” No-one considered for one moment that the attack was organised by a friendly nation, the Templarians were strange people but... They wouldn't... Would they? What motivation would they have? He tugged nervously at his armband which bore the Black sun -His parties symbol and the unofficial flag of the nation- If it was a deliberate plot by the Templarians that would be paramount to declaring war, oh his country was the strongest it had been in years, no doubt about that but...

“Sir?” he gave a start, he had almost forgotten there were other in them room

“Yes?”

“What should we do? About the letter I mean”

“I will send a reply, for now we can only trust that what they are saying is the truth”

I am deeply saddened to hear about this terrible misfortune, Seth Yates was a good friend and loyal member of the party and it was a shame that such an event could not have been avoided. It is with great sincerity that I hope that this incident will not get in the way of positive relations between our two countries and I wish you all the luck in capturing the assassins and brining them to justice.

Emperor Marcus Riektal walked briskly through one of the many corridors of the Imperial Palace, a grimace written into his face. Courtiers bowed as he walked past, and palace guardsmen snapped to attention in his presence. People fell silent as he walked by, seeing that the Emperor was not in one of his happy moods. He was accompanied by an older gentleman, who's white hair was neatly trimmed and beard was well-kept. This older man was Uriel Quinlan, the Holy Imperium's High Chancellor, and had been a personal advisor to both Marcus and his father, Anticus. He walked at his Emperor's side, radiating a sense of urgency. They walked in silence for some time as they passed through the palace, eventually coming to a set of black double doors, flanked by to royal guards, who instantly snapped to attention as His Majesty walked towards them. With a wave of Marcus' hand, the opened the double doors, allowing the pair to step inside.

The seats of the conference table were already filled with the highest-ranking members of the Angenterian government and military, and were chatting loudly to each other, each wondering what could have been so important that His Majesty would call them all here for this meeting. Seeing that their Emperor was now in the room, the conversation instantly halted, and every member rose to his or her feet, bowing their heads in reverence. Marcus moved to his place at the head of the table, where he took his seat. Uriel did the same, taking his seat at the Emperor's right hand.

"Be seated." Uriel said, watching as they complied. Marcus took a breath, and began to speak.

"I am glad that everybody can make it to this meeting." The Emperor began, resting his arms on the table.

"By your will, Your Majesty." A voice said.

Marcus nodded. "I have called each and every one of your here to discuss an important matter. This matter is quite delicate in nature, and the contents of what will be discussed here is not to leave this room until I have given my explicit word. Can I trust your secrecy on this matter?"

"Yes, Your Majesty." The room said in unison.

Marcus sighed heavily, before leaning forward in his chair.

"Gaius Schultze has been assassinated."

The room was taken back in surprise. Eyes widened, gasps were heard, and eyebrows perked at the Emperor announced it to those present.

"Only moments ago, I received a high-level communique from the Void Templarian government. I had sent Gaius there as my representative in a summit they were calling, but you all know this already." He paused. "During the meeting, a team of assassins were able to infiltrate the palace, and, well, you can probably figure out the rest." He sighed. "The Templarians are claiming this an assassination attempt on Empress Tara, who seems to have been the main target in the attacks. They have locked down their territory, and a massive manhunt is being undertaken."

Those present looked at each other in unease. One of them, Lord-Minister Reginus, stood to speak.

"Your Majesty, if I may?"

"Yes, Tiberius?"

Reginus nodded. "Lord Schultze was a very influential figure. If news of his death reaches the Noble Houses-"

"I know, Tiberius." Marcus replied. "And that is exactly why I swore you all to secrecy." He knew the consequences. His death would create a power vacuum in the High Lords and the aristocracy. Power struggles would gain momentum within House Schultze, and house-wars would erupt between rival factions, vying for the power that Gaius Schultze left behind. That was something that Angenteria could do without.

"I have called all you here to ask how we should proceed." Marcus replied.

A minister stood. "Your Majesty, the choice is obvious! We should break all ties to Void Templar immediately, and prepare to go to war! Clearly, they had intended for you to be their tar-"

Another minister interrupted. "Are you honestly suggesting that they would assassinate their own Empress just to get to His Majesty? Surely, they would have noticed the difference between His Majesty and a representative!?"

The room quickly descended into argument as ministers and army officers began to argue over what the best course of action would be.

"It could've been a cleverly-laid trap for heads of state!"

"Then why were no heads of state aside from Empress Tara present?!"

"Perhaps they wanted to-"

"Enough!" Marcus bellowed, slamming his fist on the table. The room went quiet in an instant. "I asked for suggestions, not arguements!"

"If I may, Your Majesty?" Another voice spoke up, and the heavy figure of Lord-General Militant Cornelius Zyvan stood to speak. A large man in his mid-sixties, he struck a massive presence. Despite his size, he was soft spoken, his voice tranquil and peaceful.

"Yes, Cornelius?"

"While I recognize that the assassination of Lord Schultze is, in fact, a major occurrence, I also recognize when a situation is too early in development to take an action."

"You suggest that we do nothing?" Marcus replied, intrigued.

"Your Majesty, all we know is that Lord Schultze and a number of delegates attending a summit at Empress Tara's behalf have been assassinated. The Templarians don't even know who was behind the attack. Was it a rebel faction, seeking to instigate a bloody coup? A terrorist group with radical beliefs? Or was it a foreign power, wishing to see Empress Tara gone from this world? We know nothing about any of this. Your Majesty, I believe that we should step back for now, and await further word on this."

Marcus nodded, seeing the reason on this. "Your suggestions do you merit, Cornelius."

"Thank you, Your Majesty."

"Very well, then. I have decided." Marcus rose to his feet, those present following suit. "I do not believe that the Templarians are behind this attack. However, I am convinced that this situation is too premature to make an absolute judgment. We will wait until the assassins can be pinpointed, their motive revealed." The nodded, summarizing the situation. "Until I say so, Lord Schultze's death will not be revealed to the public. These are my wishes."

The room bowed, and spoke in unison.

"As His Majesty says, so shall it be."

ASD COMMAND location: somewhere under mount brock
"Sir, we have a minor situation" Said Ensign Valasque

"What, ensign?" Asked the Captain from the center of the room.

The "International Politics" room was located dead center in the massive underground complex that made up the Allied States of Dawoad Command Center. Generally this section of the ASD'ian Command monitored minor political meetings. Generally speaking it was considered the Siberia of ASDC positions and the officers who served there we're usually either incompetent or had simply pissed one of the wrong people off somehow. In this case, Valasque had done the latter, one of the growing class of "aristocrats" (officers promoted solely for their position in ASD"ian society) had made certain advances of a rather inappropriate nature. After being turned down he'd managed to get the otherwise promising officer into the small and underfunded wing of the ASDC.

"Sir, there's been a political assassination." Replied Valasque. "It's got all the markings of a Ralko--"

"Uh huh?" Replied Captain Erkheart. He, Unfortunately was one of those officers who really did deserve the post.
"Why the hell is it that anytime someone dies they blame Ralkovia. i mean really ensign."

He gave a cursory glance at the notes that the ensign had sent him.
"these aren't even high ranking ambassadors and ralkovia and Fictions are close I'm not seeing it Ensign. get back to doing some real work."

"But sir--" Protested Valasque

"No ensign." Said the Captain. "End of discussion. back to work"

The detailed fifteen page report was given to the cyberspace version of being shredded burnt and scattered as the Captain hit delete and went back to sleeping with his eyes open.

Damnit Thought the ensign. that was good work and if anyone DOES pick up on this we may be in serious straights here. Its hard to tell how we'd jump but either way someone relaly needs this info and that jackass isn't even willing to read it.

She looked at her computer then typed a single simple command Send: Admiral Hawk. Well at least they'll get it. She Thought Even if it crushes my career it was well worth it.

New Haven (capital of the ASD) Admiral Hawks residence
"Hey Pop's" Said Rear Admiral (ret. Protectorate's Own) Sophia Hawk as she walked into the room. Thanks to the ASD's "prolong" technology she looked about 28 despite the fact the she had been alive for more than twice that.

"Hey Sophia." Replied Admiral (Ret.) Owain Hawk. One of the issues of the Prolong tech had been the effect on the careers of various officers and Admiral Hawk himself had been forced out of command by up and coming officers. Despite the fact that he was only physically 38 years old and still one of the foremost strategists in the ASD, Hawk had been forced out of active service. In fact, most of the ASD'ian officer corps had been shuffled, and generally not for the better. Field experience was being replaced "position" and "desk experience".

"Dad, what the hell is that?" She said leaning over his shoulder to look at the screen of the computer he was sitting at. "It's got classified written all over it."

"It's a report," He grumbled. "One of the few remaining good officer's out there forward it to me."

"DAD!" Sophia Started then stopped as she read the report. "Oh shit, Ralkovian involvement likely? How reliable is she?"

"Better than me at the politics side, A good leader, sharp as my sword." He replied. "This is really not looking good."

"What do you mean?" She asked. An odd mix off Sadness, resent, anger loneliness and longing tinting her voice. "I mean Jarek, sorry the prime minister, will do the right thing and back up the Ralkovians won't he?"

"I'm . . .not sure" Said hawk. "He's gotten . . .political recently."

He practically spat the last word then continued. "Even if he does I'm not sure we're in any state to fight a war. Not of this kind anyway."

"WHAT?" Asked Sophia, "Dad what are you saying?"

"Frankly?" He waited for her nod then continued "Your protectorate’s own, the Woad Raiders, a couple of our spec for brigades and General Samson's Command are the only troops with combat worthy officers and their getting whittled away by the aristocrats and the politicals. Gibbs is basically the only one not loosing and that’s only cause those weakling officers haven't managed to meet his requirements for entrance and can't by law buy themselves into place. I've been collecting evidence for a while but this is the last piece I needed. I really need to talk to Jarek."

"Well Dad," Said Sophia, "if this Ralkovian thing really kicks off I can get you in to talk with him or at least into the Chiefs meeting with no problem. Until then we might wanna start up some sort of defense plan."

"Agreed" he said as he looked back at her. "So officers wise, here's what I'd need."
The Northern Baltic
13-05-2009, 21:06
Evig Naade was a proud man. A host of old military medals clung on to his rather over-sized frame like ornaments on a Christmas tree. His disproportionally small head with a bulldog-like face sat on top of his large, bloated body almost as if it were placed there by accident. His small, flappy arms were attached to each side and seemed to flop up and down as he moved, making one wonder if he buried his head in the ground when he slept.

He had been sent here to negotiate some treaty-or-other by, as he liked to call it, his 'firm'. In reality, The Northern Baltic Foreign Office of Negotiations was far from being run like a business, but Evig enjoyed to pretend like it was anyway. Huddled around the water cooler between projects, some of the employees questioned if this was because he was a Capitalist or simply due to the fact that he was the last heir of the ancient Naade royal family, which had controlled The Northern Baltic for several centuries. In reality, it was honor. After their family's fall, and then the revolution, the Naade family lost much prestige and fell into the shadows. Thus, the burden came to Evig to restore the family name.

He walked into the conference rather briskly. His seemingly small legs pounded against the ground, daring anyone to come between him and his goal. Finally, at the end of the hall, Naade turned left and entered a room with the other delegates in it. Barley acknowledging them, he sat down to catch his breath, treating himself to water provided by the last heir of the royal family's butlers.

It wasn't long before the assassins struck. A single bullet struck his glittering chest. Deep red blood flowed freely across the medals on his chest and he stood still, shocked. Then, as his temper began to rise again, another bullet whizzed past his ear. Ducking down to save himself, he faintly heard a clink of metal and then a crash of china. Evig turned around. The butler had been finished off, right in the middle of his forehead. As the butler fell down to the floor, Evig was horrified. Grabbing Sofia, a volunteer driver for him and before that, his father, he flung her in front of himself, only to have her body get soaked with lead.

As she fell out of his arms onto the table, several bullets flew into his neck and chin. Years of interbreeding and incest resulted in this most unfortunate creature's creation. Now several assassins had ended the royal family of The Northern Baltic once and for all.

It was not long before the void soldiers caught up with the death guard however as they were death guard and not any normal soldier who would surrender quickly they had several tricks up their sleeves. That of course included 200lbs of C4 loaded in to each of four vans they had. It was in a popular shopping district and with the shout of "FOR G-D AND EMPIRE,"(A standard suicide cry of the death guard) pressed detonation keys sending over 1000 lbs of C4 into the busy shopping district. An added bonus to the C4 going off was the thousands of small iron balls walling the sides of the van sending hundreds of thousands of shrapnel bullets everywhere along with the massive explosion.

The bombs ripped through Fedar Street, the main high-street of Void Templar, shrapnel and debris creating a whirlwind of death in the street for a few seconds, before it fell silent. After a second and after the dust settled, the silence was broken by one scream, shortly followed by a thousand more.

"This is the Templarian News Network, the Empire's source for information since 1957. It's over to Joanna Vina for the 10 pm news."
"Good evening, I'm Joanna Vina and here is an update for todays top story. After sifting through the rubble of what is considered to be the largest terrorist attack on Imperial soil since the Knights Hospitallier crusades and the effects of which have caused an estimated 6000 casualties or serious injuries, Imperial teams have recovered the corpses of what unofficial sources are saying are Ralkovian Death Guard. The Death Guard are humans who have been skinned and put into armored suits which act as their skin, and serve as the elite cadre of the Ralkovian military. While the government has not yet issued an official statement, a response is expected tomorrow. In other news, rebel forces in the Deadlands have been decimated by a recent snowstorm..."

The reaction didn't come the next day.
It came in the night.
Specifically, in the shape of 500 Hammer heavy bombers and an escort of 200 mixed fighters, consisting of CFA-44 Nosferatu inteceptors, Superhornet fighters and Dassualt Rafales. A number of old propeller aircraft would arrive later, laden down with explosives, to further soften the target in a series of kamikaze attacks before the navy arrived with the marine army tasked with capturing the island for a beachhead. 3 Trident missiles were fired from Templarian submarines, each one aiming for the cities of Blackwell City, Portcove and Alfred respectively. Quite simply, it was a multicity surprise retalition attack, aimed not so much at the Ralkovian military, but at their people.
Ralkovia
14-05-2009, 00:53
The surprise attack on Ralkovia wasn't really much of a suprise with satellites detecting a major force heading to Ralkovia. Ralkovia was prepared and with several arleigh-burkley destroyers in the area ready to fire back with hundreds of surface to air missiles. Not to mention Ralkovia's own aircraft over 100 F-22 raptors and 200 F-35's meant that they would be lucky to even get one lumbering bomber past them. However the tridents did take Ralkovia by surprise and causing massive damage to the infastructure of Portcove and Blackwell. The one nearing Alfred was shot out of the sky hard and fast with no casualties. Over 6300 confirmed casualties in the cities and over 10,000 wounded.

Ralkovia's response was a launch of over 400 LR-tomahawks from a base off the coast of the phillipines.

The last words from the Templarian news report left a heavy silence in the large room, the assassination was committed by Ralkovians? Ralkvoian death guards no less and everyone knew their only commitment was to their emperor.
So this was it, Acharya thought bitterly
“I think we can plainly see what has happened here” No-one else in the room spoke, they knew it too, they knew it with dreadful certainty. The Ralkovians had always been allies and now they had broken it one of the most dishonourable ways.
“In attacking us the Ralkovians have made it quite clear that they no longer value our alliance... They have without provocation killed one of our men who was on a diplomatic mission in another country...” He tailed off staring into space growing angrier by the second, How dare they do such a thing!
“Filthy, Lying foreign bastards! Thinking they can do what they please and we will just lie down and take it!? We no... No we will not, from this point on all Ralkovians and....Others who may be associated with them... Are to be held in the highest contempt do you understand? I assume you know what that means? And my friends.... I do believe we are at war”
Silence followed this proclamation, no-one moved, no-one spoke...

To The Ralkovian government, whomever it may concern,

Following the assassination of one of our parties high ranking officials, and with the recent and
undeniable evidence that said assassination was carried out by members of your own deathguard
The Republic of Fictions hereby declares that it breaks all diplomatic ties with Ralkovia.
In attacking a member of the Fictions government you have shown a great contempt and disregard
for any sort of positive relations between our countries, we see this not only as you having broke
our alliance, but also as a breach of trust and declaration of war, from this day until such a time

From: Demorgan Volkshed Gura, Minister of Relations of the Death Guard

While the attack was a partial mistake on our part as the target was of Tara Whyt the killer of our fair Emperor Josh we will nonetheless respond to your declaration of war with one of our own. Any trade with your nation will henceforth be cut off, fiction embassy personnel told to leave immediately, and we shall burn your country to the ground. ASD Command, Location:Meeting Chamber
The Large room near the very heart of ASDC currently housed the most powerful millitary leaders in the ASD. They sat around a single oval table on which sat a few refreshments and a large map of NSworld. Looking around the table the first person one's eyes were drawn to was High Admiral Lukron. Once a simple member of the ASD's fading nobility, he had managed to worm his way into Admiral Hawk's position after having him "honorably Dicharged" using his rather formidable political power. On one half of the table sat the "incumbent' commanders with Lukron there was General Mars Samson (CIC of the ASDA), Commandant Mike Gibbs (commander of the Woad Raiders), General Leroy Demitrov (CIC of the combined millitary forces and installed by Lukron as his puppet), General Alvin Hemitarc (CIC ASDAF, also installed by Lukron). At the other half of the table sat Admiral (ret.) Owain Hawk, Admiral (ret.) Sophia Hawk, General (ret.) Cal Bishop and General (ret.) Issac Puller. at the very head of the table sat Jarek mace Prime Minister of the ASD and he, Frankly, looked furious.

Lukron Stood up, pushing his chair away from the table with a screech.
"I demand to know why we have been summarily summond to this table!I would also like to know what the hell HE is doing here!"
Lukron pointed at Owain Hawk.

Jarek, turning an interesting colour of puce stood but much more gently.
"Well Hawk?" He asked in an icy tone directed more at the situation than at his age old friend.

"Sir!" Said Hawk snapping too attention and bringing his medal of Honor into view along with scores of other. "A number of matters have come to my attention sir and, under the millitary code of justice section two paragraph one I would like to request a full formal millitary Courtmarshal of High Admiral Lukron, General Leroy Demitrov and General Alvin Hemitarc as well as multiple minor officers under thier command. The charges layed to include influence peddling, multiple ocunts of general corruption and Treason."

"the hell you say!" Yelled Lukron as Hawk finished. "Your not even a member of our-"

"enough." Stated Jarek Mace calmly and coldly.

"You," He continued, Pointing at the high Admiral "Will sit down and not speak until I have made a decision."

He then turned to Hawk. "You," He said almost as angirly. "Your not a member of the armed forces anymore Hawk, Why do you think you can barge--"

Sophia Hawk Stood and coughed. "Actually sir," She broke in as Jarek turned to face her, fury mounting in his face. "Owain Hawk is a recipient of the Congressional member of honor and as such is accorded, and I quote, ALL privaleges of the rank at which he currently holds or the rank at which he holds at retirement, from section three paragraph 21. Sir, she said more quietly, this includes the right to ask for the trial of any officer both inferior or supperior within our millitary service."

Jarek paused and seemed to calm somewhat. "Ok hawk," He said. "Lets hear it."
Some Time Later, Same Location[/B]
The trial had been brief, the evidence against all three former Commanders of the millitary had been easily verifiable by the Cyberforce agents in the complex and they were impartial given their lack of millitary attachments. Soon, multiple officers had been arrested throughout the ASD by Woad Raiders and known loyal marines and within five hours Jarek Mace was sitting in the same room with the reinstated commanders of his Millitary poring over the report that Hawk had handed out and clearly not liking it. As further hours passed, more information came in and finally, at three AM CDT (Central Dawoadian Time) Jarek Returned to the command center to be met with an exhausted but complete command team.

"Sir," Said Admiral Hawk. "We've got a number of issues but the most pressing are two. First We just lost a goodly number of officers who were corrupted and we badly need to reorganize all the branches of the services except the woad raiders, the tenth legion and the protectorates own."

"And?" Asked Jarek. " what have you got?"

"Well sir," Replied hawk, "We got a restructuring plan including long term evaluations of multiple officers that'll take about three months to compile but that brings us to issue number two. There's a situation ongoing in Ralkovia. It appears that someon working with the VT government essentially setup the Ralkovians to take the fall on the Death of their empress, not too sure on why at the moment but the Ralkovians went for it."

"Of course they did." groaned Mace. "But how is this our problem?"

"Two things again," Replied Hawk. " One its the right thing too do and two, according to our Intel, We're next anyway. It looks like VT has seen us as some kind of threat for quite sometime and also that they may have been backing Lukron."

"Oh Come on." Said Mace. "Alright Admiral, your plan?"

"We have to reorganize our forces stat. the CaNSOFCOM was unnafected by the change I suggest leaving them here as a Home fleet incase VT or their allies make a play against us. I further suggest a consolidation of ASDN including the protectorates own, to move into Ralkovia ASAP in order to provide aid. Sir. I would further suggest that you contact Ralkovia immediatly in order to extend our offer of aid."

He Handed over a single piece of paper to Mace,"Here's the orbat sir"

The press of a button shut of the chattering Void Templarian news program, as a hushed silence fell across the Hall of the High Lords, a large, circular chamber where Angenteria's elected Senate, the High Lords, met. The men and women present looked at each other with sullen faces, the anger in the room palpable. Emperor Marcus Riektal folded his arms, and leaned backwards in his chair. The Lord of House Schultze had been assassinated by Ralkovian terrorists. Not just any old terrorists, a government-sanctioned hit squad who called themselves the Death Guard. Utterly loyal to the Ralkovian Emperor, even from beyond the grave, they tracked the killer of Emperor Josh of Ralkovia, Empress Tara Whyt, and murdered her on the grounds of her own palace. Marcus shuddered at the thought. He had tightened security at his palace tenfold after hearing the broadcast, easily able to make the connection between Ralkovians and Empress Tara. A man's home was his castle; literally in Marcus' case. And if he had to turn it into a fortress, then so be it.

"So now we know..." He began, slowly. "Lord Gaius Schultze was assassinated by Ralkovian agents while meeting with Empress Tara Whyt."

That broke the science. Arguments erupted across the floor, the words inaudible as everybody spoke at the same time, trying to get their points across.

Marcus slammed his fist on the table, quelling the arguments almost at once.

"One at a time, please." He said calmly.

A High Lord rose to his feet. "The international reaction to this situation is already being played out! Several nations are already gathering their military strength, and Fictions has already issued a deceleration of war!"

Another rose to interrupt. "At this point, the course of action is obvious. Your Majesty! We must avenge the death of Lord Schultze!"

Several cries of approval rang out. Marcus nodded to High Chancellor Quinlan, who rose to speak.

"Regarding the Deceleration of War on the Empire of Ralkovia." He said. "Those in favor?"

Several cries of "Aye!" rang out across the chamber. Clearly, the majority of High Lords agreed with this decision.

"Those opposed?"

Some scattered cries of "Nay!" were heard across the floor. However, it was clearly not the favored decision, those for beating out those against by quite a percentage.

Uriel nodded, and turned to look up at the Emperor. "Is Your Majesty in agreement?"

Marcus nodded, rising from his seat.

"Assemble the Imperial Guard."

OOC: ORBAT to come later. I'm not in the mood to concentrate on it right now.
