The new chain is expected to open its first location on the pleasure planet of Arcturus IV, an already popular tourist destination with an estimated 590,000 hotels, spas and luxury resorts. Reading over it, he finally got to the point at which the text asked, "Would you lie to know more," paused for a second, selected "No", and moved on.

After fifteen minutes, Alderson began to find playing solitary Mahjong over and over again rather boring; and his mind began to think about the ACE Report again. He went back to the report, re-read it, and finally decided that he might like to know more. After all, he still had a quarter of an hour to kill.
