(Backstory: A Spy has hacked into a Ralkovian Government Mainframe trying to get hold of [Important Info] however he cannot access it. Failing he decides to cause general uproar by leaking several important documents about the Ralkovian government. One of them is the Morrocan Memo, signed by the late emperor and the new Empress and Co-signed by the Death Guard Grand Master Luciferus. You can respond however you see fit but keep military deployments small. Conquering parts of the colony is okay but I plan on keeping most of my colony in my possession. It should also be known that Empress Maria is a puppet of the death guard. This is also slightly non-canon, I am just so bored and have plenty of time.)

Governor Goldberg in the best interest of Ralkovia the disposal of the communists, muslim, catholics, gays and furry population will be beginning in the next two weeks. A large portion of the Extermanat Death Guard will be relocated to Rejavank[Current Day southern Spain, portugal, Morocco and Mauritania] to begin this removal. The infestation of lower breeds and cultists should will start on their arrival. The passage of containment laws should be passed in this time to make their job easier. This is of the utmost confidentiality. Should other nations receive word of this we will be forced to stop. No Jew or Protestant should be harmed.

Death Guard have eliminated all inferior persons in Africa. A small regiment of the guard will stay in your region to eliminate any survivors. All children under the age of 5 have been deemed 'reborn' and will be put in orphanages until they can be adopted by a suitable parent. All children above that age until they reach the age of 15 have been re-educated. They shall serve under the close eye of the Extermanat as slaves until such a time as we can believe them to be of an acceptable religion.
The epidemic in the upper half of Rejavank has yet to be addressed. Do to the high amounts of catholics and the religious culture in the region we will be sending a larger amount of Death Guard.

Governor Goldberg it is my pleasure to announce that the extermination of the Northwestern region of the catholic menace has been complete. Bloody have the rivers run yet not a nation has seen it. We understand that your colony has received a huge blow in its population however we will be transferring 2 trillion dollars to your administration to replace the 67 million unwanteds. Not to mention the money you receive from the seizure of the homes we believe this is a large enough sum to keep your administration running smoothly.
I would also like to bring to your attention the number of reports we have gotten about government officials bringing the dregs into their homes and the even larger number of Jews housing these dregs. Death Guard have begun expelling these Jews and/or killing them on site. While death guard have been discouraged and in one case terminated for not following orders we should immediately begin issuing severe punishments for the quartering of these dregs.

While the death of my father does mean an end to his policies of large extermination of the ethnical and religious minorities of Ralkovia I would like to resume the destruction of the Catholics, Muslims, and Communist. Catholics in the area bow before the Pope and cannot be trusted to protect are nation while what is left of the Muslim population are the extremists. My fathers order of no Jew or Protestant should be harmed still stands.
