"The Cyonist Government today voted to hand over power to a provisional government today, after repeated attempts at overthrowing the dictatorship that has ruled Boico for nearly twenty years. The Provisional Government, lead by former politician Jakov Voshca, has promised to hold elections next week. This marks the end of an opressive regime that seized power in 1990, banning all religion and most forms of expression such as art and music. When asked about the nations that were allied to the Cyonist Government, Mr Voshca has said:
"In this time of rebuilding, Boico needs all the help it can get. We will hopefully be able to retain good relations with Cyonist allies."
The Imperial family has also returned, taking back residence in the Imperial Palace. This marks the beginning of the constitutional monarchy which has been part of Boico since 1692, up until the Cyonists took control."

Boico has recently become a democracy again. We wish to open international relations, and once again begin to spread freedom and democracy throughout the world. I also wish to assure all former allies of Cyonist Boico that we will still retain strong, and friendly ties to those nations.

"Celebrations have broken out throughout much of the nation, however there has been some violence in some areas that have traditionally been Cyonist supporters. The original flag of Boico has been raised on most buildings, and the 'House of Freedom' has been closed."
