Falmouth, Maine

General Henry Clinton watched as his Army, the Army of the East, advanced through Pennsylvanian Territory towards Falmouth, a city needed in order to supply the army, though he was not moving towards the city, but instead toward sthe Pennsylvanian NorthEast Militia Army, 250,000 Militia Strong, he wanted this Army destroyed so it could not pose a problem, and that is what he was gonna do near Cumberland Center.

He was sitting on his horse on a hill nearby, watching as his 150,000 Regulars deployed into Battle Formation very efficiently, while his Pennsylvanian Counterparts did it sloppily

3 Hours later
After taking 3 hours to organize, clinton order his men forward, they immediately began advancing slowly towards the Militia.

Some of the Militia, upon seeing this, broke and ran, depleting the American Forces by about 20,000 men. As the Britannian troops got into range, the Militia Fired a volley, it was not well aimed, and only 2,000 enemy soldiers were hit, after this the Militia quickly reloaded a fired a more well aimmed Volley, dropping 4,000 more Soldiers. After this the regulars took aim and fired a Volley, this was well aimmed, dropping almost 25,000 Militia men. This frightened even more Militia, and soon half the remaing troops, 110,000 routed, most of these were from the Front, not the Reserve, so the line soon Collapsed and the men who remained on the line, 35,000, fell back to the Reserve, and attempted to form a final line of 75,000 men, but this failed when all the Cannons in the Britannian Army opened fire on the Militamen, forcing another 10,000 to rout. the Remaining 65,000 men, held their position, but were soon confronted by 140,000 Regulars, again they got off 2 Volleys, dropping about 9,500 Enemies, but soon yet another Britannian Volley dropped close to 20,000 men. After this, the Milita fell back one more time, only to be surrounded by the Cavarly in Clintons army, the remaining 25,000 men soon surrendered, and with them, all of the States north of Boston.

At Boston, General Nathaneal Greene recived word of this. He had expected the army to fall, but he just wanted as many enemy soldiers as possible to be killed or wounded by the Milita. With him he had the 17,000 Regulars of the Army, as well as the 50,000 best Militia in the States.

Out at sea, Admiral John Paul Jones moved his fleet against the Britannian fleet.
He soon engaged the Britannian Fleet under Admiral John Howe. Soon cannon fire began ripping the ships to shreds. At the end of the day, the 43 Ship strong Britannian Fleet was driven back by Jones and his 67 Ship strong fleet, the sides suffered as follows

Nova Britannia
1 106 Gun Ship Captured by Pennsylvanians
3 44 Gun Frigates Captured
1 44 Guns Frigate Scuttled
19 28 gun Frigates Captured or Sunk

United States of Pennsylvania
1 106 Gun ship Heavily Damaged
1 98 Gun Ship heavily damaged
2 44 Gun Frigates Scuttled
3 38 Gun Frigates Scuttled

Newly elected Conservative President of The Confederacy of Mikhazar, Aleksander Holzbach, is faced with his first major political decision, as Nova Britannica made the fateful decision to invade the United States of Pennsylvania. President Holzbach mentioned this war in his inaugural address:

"...I am deeply saddened and distraught at the recent breakout of war between Nova Britannica and The United States of Pennsylvania.

Seeing as this war could make significantly huge economic and social impacts on the region and possibly the world, I would like to formally ask each leader to present me with reasons for the breakout of this war. After due deliberation I will then make a decision as to what actions The Confederacy of Mikhazar should take in the war. If I deem intervention absolutely necessary, the Mikhazarian Congress shall receive a bill from me formally asking for an official intervention.

We shall address this issue as it progresses.

On the issue of taxes, I have promised..."

The president made it very clear that he wants official, meaningful reasons as to why the war broke out. Although most Mikhazarians are against intervention (a poll can be seen below), the Congress seems to support some sort of action and you can look forward to this being a huge issue in Aleksander Holzbach's early presidential career.

Nova Britannian Response
Our reason for declaring war on the United States of Pennsylvania is that its navy has impressed over 50 of our merchant sailors to make up for a lack of sailors in its navy, as well as it not paying us full price for our goods

United States of Pennsylvania Response
So far we have no idea why Nova Britannia Declared war on us, we have paid them full price plus some more for their goods, our navy has rarely left our ports except on Anti-Piracy Patrols, thus giving us no chance to impress any Nova Britannia Sailors. All we know as of now is that Nova Brittania may have invaded us just as a attempt to regain us as a colony since we gained independence from it 29 years ago.

To both nations: It is very rare that I, Aleksander Holzbach, actually have the time to personally write to a foreign nation. The situation brewing between your nations, The United States of Pennsylvania and Nova Britannica, is a very important and dear problem to me, and thus I have found it necessary to personally contact you.

To Nova Britannica:

Your story doesn't seem to stand accurately. The United States of Pennsylvania has a very small navy in comparison to yours, as well as official military training. I don't find it logical that such a small military power could seize control of highly trained Nova Britannican seamen.

As my faith and trust in your nation is beginning to steadily decline, we would like evidence of your reasons for invasion and proof that you are not simply another imperial power attempting to seize more Pennsylvanian lands.

To The United States of Pennsylvania:

I have found the reasons of Nova Britannica's invasion of your lands to be unsatisfactory. I have officially asked for more reasons and evidence to deny imperialist rule, and I am greatly considering intervening in support of your nation.

I am currently drafting a bill to give to the Mikhazarian Congress, and with a majority vote I will help your nation in this drastic conflict.

To Both Nations:

Thank you for your cooperation with my requests, and we wish you a quick, easy, and peaceful resolution.

Sincerely,
From the Foreign Affairs Office,
Leader of the Conservative Party,
The First President of The Confederacy of Mikhazar,
Aleksander Holzbach.

Prime Minister Francis: "Your lordship Wilhelm III, we have received news that a war is brewing between Nova Britannia and her past colonies the United States of Pennsylvania"

Emperor Wilhelm III: "Hmm? Quite, so I've heard, and why does Nova Britannia attack?"

Prime Minister Francis: "We hear claim that the States have seized Britannia crewmen"

Emperor Wilhelm III: "Yes, yes I see, well as far as I'm concerned the Britain's do not deserve their land back if they cannot control it in the first place, however the States rebellion has caused unrest in our overseas colonies. I fear they may thinking Independence as well, and I'll be damned if some ragtag rebellious states will help them. We must snuff out the idea of Independence by it's source. Inform King Geogre that he will have our support, we will hire out troops to him, as well as help fund him with his expedition into the New World."

Prime Minister Francis: "Yes excellency, anything else?

Emperor Wilhelm III: "No, no that's quite alright, off with you now."

Soon after a letter is sent to the King of Britannia stating the Emperor of Crimseia's wish to aid them

As you all well know, president Aleksander Holzbach sent his "Immediate Intervention Bill" to Congress three and a half weeks ago. The bill included these precedents:

-The Confederacy of Mikhazar shall begin a boycott of Nova Britannican products, raw materials, and otherwise.
-The Confederacy of Mikhazar shall put up an official economic embargo on Nova Britannica, thus prohibiting any trade with said nation.
-The Confederacy of Mikhazar shall provide The United States of Pennsylvania with as much money as they need to fight the war, given that they will, once the war subsides, pay back the money lended.
-The Confederacy of Mikhazar shall provide The United States of Pennsylvania with 2,125 guns, 3,120 horses (without soldiers accompanying them), and a starting Mikhazarian "army" of 1,200 soldiers to be sent to Philadelphia immediately.
-The Confederacy of Mikhazar and president Aleksander Holzbach has the right to, with a majority in Congress, send up to 50,000 soldiers to help in this war-time venture.

Congress voted in favor of this bill without need of a presidential tie-breaker, 6-4:

FOR: 4 Conservatives, 2 Nationalists
AGAINST: 3 Liberals, 1 Nationalist

Support among Mikhazarian citizens:

CONSERVATIVES (make up 36% of populace):
-79% FOR
-17% AGAINST
-4% UNSURE

LIBERALS (make up 33% of populace):
-65% AGAINST
-27% FOR
-8% UNSURE

NATIONALISTS (make up 29% of populace):
-54% FOR
-44% AGAINST
-2% UNSURE

In conclusion, The Confederacy of Mikhazar will be intervening in the so-called Old World War in support of The United States of Pennsylvania.

General Nathaneal Greene looked at his papers, Clinton had moved a Detachment, 7,500 soldiers, to Princeton, New Jersey. It was Christmas, Greene knew that the Britains would be getting drunk on Christmas, so he planned to attack the day after with most of his Regulars, 15,000.

The Next Day
Greene managed to sneak up on the Britain Soldiers, and the attack was launched, and won within 15 minutes, in the end, 6,700 Britain Soldiers were captured, 43 Killed, and the remainder got away, the Pennsylvanians suffered only 64 Wounded, no dead, and managed to capture much needed Supplies as well as 17 Guns.

Germantown, Pennsylvania

General Greene had his regulars, all 16,000, line up in a field outside of Germantown, and try to beat back the Britannian Forces.

2 Hours later
Greene noticed the Britannians finally coming over the hill ahead of his men, some of his men wavered a bit, but they were more disciplined than the Milita at Cumberland, so none fo them ran. He made a quick estimate and found that Clinton had sent about 10,000 men.

5 Hours later, after the battle
Much whiskey and other Alcohol was thrown into the air, the Pennsylvanian Army had finally stopped the Britannians cold in a European style battle. The casulties for both sides were as follows

Nova Britannia
3,000 men Dead or captured
53 Guns captured
670 Cavarly dead

United States of Pennsylvania
2,300 Dead or Captured
2 Guns destroyed
154 Cavarly dead

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

General Horatio Gates was sitting outside the Town Courthouse, waiting for intel reports on the Army under William Howe coming up from the south, he had 25,000 Milita with only 3 Howitzers and 24 Cavarly, Against more than 35,000 Regulars with 300 Howitzers and 800 Cavarly.

1 Hour later, during the Battle
Gates rode through the lines of his retreating men, trying to rally them to make a stand, it was no use, over 7,500 of his men had fallen to the first enemy volley, 11,000 to the second. he was down to less than 7,500 men, 90% of whom were gonna run all the way home and live out the rest of their days on a farm. It was at that moment a 12 Pound Howitzer round took the head off of his top aid. Gates spent the rest of the day running full speed towards his home near Scranton.

5 Hours after the Battle

General Howe looked on, he had lost fewer than 2,000 men wounded or killed, and had killed or captured at least 21,000 Enemy militia, the only Pennsylvanian Army left was the one under Nathaneal Greene, which number 18,700 Regulars and 25,000 Militia Strong.
