Diplomatic rights of embassies and diplomats in Hazbistan
Throughout the duration of the embasy programme, all embassies will be viewed as territory of the respective nation, and all diplomats will be granted full diplomatic immunity from the laws of Hazbistan. Crimes commited by any diplomat will be registered as void, though the Hazbistani government would make all the efforts it could to deport the offending diplomat back to his/her home nation. The Hazbistani government would also encourage the embassies and diplomats to blend in well with the rich culture of Hazbistan, though such policies will not be enforced on any embassy.
Policy on security staff during the programme
Security staff will not be granted the same rights as the diplomats during this programme. Security staff may not leave the premises of the embassy with a gun so as to coincide with strict Hazbistani laws and to avoid a threat to the local population. Security staff are forbidden from murdering a Hazbistani citizen, and any security staff member whom murders a Hazbistani citizen will be deported back to his home country immediately. While on the premises of the embassy, security staff are permitted to carry small handguns, and other type of weapon is strictly forbidden.
Presence of weapons and vehicles on embassy territory
Weapons which are held by an embassy are forbidden from exiting the perimeter of the embassy, under strict Hazbistani laws. Since it is understood by the Hazbistani government that there is no need for diplomats to carry guns in any form of situation while in Hazbistan, weapons are permitted only to the members of the security staff, with weapons being limited to small handguns. Note that the Hazbistani government will permit a small additional stockpile of other small arms - assault rifles, submachine guns, etc. - if the respective nation is experiencing a time of war with a fellow nation. However, it should be understood that any weapons 'larger' than small arms are forever strictly forbidden. All vehicles will be permitted as long as they remain unarmed and not of military make.
