We're currently still in the planning phase, however, anybody who is interested is free to sign up and help out with the development process.
As this is a non-Earth based RP, obvious the history, technology, and politics will not be identical to Cold War-era Earth.
While I am attempting to create a feeling of being different, I am also trying to stay within certain bounds of familiarity. There will be no cat people, aliens, steam tanks or what have you. This is strictly staying within the realm of the non-scifi/fantasy...or as much as is possible with a totally different map and history.
So, there are some familiar faces in the mix of alternate versions of existing or former nations, just-plain-made-up stuff, and mish-mashes of several peoples. So if a world where the map is mostly dominated by an American-Indian caliphate happens to be your idea of a good time, get over to the board already and voice your opinion.

And, of course, any opinions or suggestions are welcome in relation to the rules, which are being developed from scratch in an attempt to form a more regulated RP which doesn't force the players to work out a massive budget, assign points and calculate the mass of the solar system on a weekly basis.
