Race:
The Kingdom is jointly ruled by the race of the Elves and the race of the Wolves.
History:
The Kingdom of Fingolfin Súrion is located in an area that seems almost unforgiving to the naked eye. Snowstorms and arctic temperatures dominate this land, yet it was here the Elves settled after seeking out the true meaning of the Prophecy of Huor. The Prophecy of Huor stated that the elves would find an alliance so effective that it would save the race from extinction.
These founder elves built the city of Elemmire, using the hard rocks of the mountains around them. While this city was still being constructed, the elves came under attack by a rogue group of elf soldiers who sought to control this harsh land. The battle was long and hard and many of the original settlers perished. When all seemed lost, a solitary wolf cry pierced the area and it was quickly joined by others. On the ridge above the massacre stood hundreds of wolves, who had felt a dangerous presence in their territory.
They charged towards the rogue elves who were now flanked on both sides by the remaining Founders and the wolves. The first part of the Prophecy of Huor had come true. The battle had been won and the Elves had indeed been saved from extinction, by wolves.
The Founding Elves learnt that the wolves could speak the Elven tongue and gained knowledge, that this harsh land was one of powerful magic, magic that could not be harnessed by the elves nor wolves. The wolves had their own prophecy, stating that whoever controlled this magic would have the power to change the entire course of history, for better or worse. So far no being has been able to locate the source of this magic nor attempt to control it. No one dare.
Economy:
The economy of Fingolfin Súrion relies heavily on the natural resources available. There are silver and copper mines in the region. There is also a sustainable approaching to logging, to keep the area usable for generations to come.

Government:
The Kingdom of Fingolfin Súrion actually has two rulers. One is the leader of the Elves and the other the leader of the Wolves. These two leaders do have a council made up of the most intellectual and influential members of both races who advise the leaders on the best course of action. This government seldom disagrees putting the greater good for the survival of Fingolfin Súrion as its main priority.
Religion:
The Kingdom consists of two primary religions, one that follows Huor, who the elves believe to be the creator of all and Finduilas, who both races believe controls the fate of their Kingdom and the mysterious magic it contains. There is a belief that Finduilas will come to this world and yield the power of the magic but for what purpose is unknown.
Military:
The Kingdom does not have a large standing army. Instead, the majority of males from both races do some sort of military training. There are a couple of thousand full time soldiers that train the young, the Kings themselves occasionally instructing the young in how to fight. The borders are where the majority of full time soldiers stay, to keep watch and to give the rest of the Kingdom enough time to mobilise.
