December 5th, 1941
Andrew Hundley was driving toward sthe White House in the Center of Philadelphia, Hundley was the NSA, or National Security Advisor. He Was making a report to the President on a Recent build up of Islamic forces outside of the Recently gained Iraq-Saudi Arabia-Iran Territory, which had been bought from the British 15 years ago. Recently the Islamastan King, King Abdullah IV had expressed great hatred towards the United States of Pennsylvania. The USPA Had large Swaths of Land in the Middle East, including massive Oil Reserves.

He Looked up as he arrived at the White House. He Walked in, and was immediately Greeted by President John Shaffer. As they walked into the situation room, he gathered his info.

"Gentlemen, i have recently recieved a report stating that Islamastan has moved 3 More Divisions, 76,000 men, into the Lightly Guarded Golan Heights Area, in the Red Sea, 3 Carriers, all Cairos, and 2 Battleships, both Alexandrias, with 40 Assorted Escorts out of the Red Sea into the Indian Sea, i have ordered Admiral King to shadow them with his carriers, but as we all know, all he has is 4 Casablanca Class Escort Carriers, with the Heaviest ship availiable being the Wichita in Drydock at Dubai, basically, we have got 36 Light Ships, 54,000 Regular Army troops, 123,000 Reserves, fewer than 300 Tanks, and less than 750 Fighters or Fighter Bombers"

"So Basically our men are between a rock and a Hard place over there?"
"Yes they are Mr. President"
"General Marshall, get to work on getting them some reinforcements"
"Yessir"


2 Days Later, Baghdad, Iraq-Saudi Arabia-Iran Territory

General Kenny Rodgers was driving at 50 Mph towards his HQ on the outskirts of the city, columns of smoke were going up all over the place, since over 200 Islamic Heavy Bomers were bombing the city itself, most of his availiable aircraft had been destroyed on the tarmacs long ago, all he had as a counter was 80 AA Guns set up around the City, to the West, 145,000 Enemy Troops had broke through a section of the line held by only 4,500 Reservists, it was believed all had been executed.


Western Jordan, near the Golan Heights

General Abdullah el Shallah was looking down from the Heights, his troops had just Executed a Regiment of 4,500 PA Reservists, as per his No Prisoner Orders, he had the 1,500 Aircraft Availiable to him bombing all PA Postions and Airfields. He doubted PA Would be able to muster much Reinforcements before he had most of the Territory under his control, but they had a weird way of Acting, so he didnt know what would happen at all.

OOC: The ROTB is bassically modern France and Spain (Same in MT)

Off The Battlehawk Coast

"And ladies and Gentlemen it is with great honour that i unvail the newest of the Yorktown Class Carriers, the RBS Excellsior" President of the Republic Ben Travis announced as he stood in the bows of the New carrier. F6F Hellcats visable behind him, The Excellsior is due to depart in...all of ten minutes, so everyone who doesn't belong here, get the hell off!"

Ten Minutes later, The ship emerged from the Harbour and began to make her way out into the open sea, to meet up with her escorts.

Off the harbor, a single Islamastanian Submarine waited, it had been told that a Pennsylvanian Yorktown Class Carrier might be leaving this harbor sometime soon, and sure enough it spotted one coming out, it immediately fired 6 torpedos. Out of these


1 Destroyer was hit by 2 and sunk
And the RBS Excellsior was hit by one torpedo in the engine room

Excellsior

"Hit amidships, hit amidships!" A Tactical officer reported franticlly "Damage control teams responded"
The Carriers escorts, which inclued Four New Orleans Class Cruisers and Six Flecther Class Destroyers moved towards the expected location of the enemy sub. Commencing Sonar scans they located what they beleived to be the enemy sub and began dropping Depth Charges along the line

The Submarines Captain was somewhat of a cowardly man, and he ordered blown balast right after the first near miss from the DCs, as the Sub surfaced, the flag of Islamastan was right there on the conning tower.

RBS Inspector, Lead Escort, New Orleans Class

"They're surfaceing, we've got an Ident!" The Tactical officer reported as he looked outside "Islamastan"
"Single it to the Excelsior and to the shore" THe Captain ordered "And Order all ships, to fire at that Submarine, do not cease fire until a white flag is there!"
The Escorts all opened fire on the Submarine, not attempting a death blow at this time however.

Battlehawk Waters

The Sub, ITS Abdullah, was a modified Type XXI U-Boat, after it surfaced, a white flad was put up through the hatch


Western I-SA-I Territory

General Shallah was looking at the maps, in the past 72 Hours, his men had covered 300 Miles, a record for any Army, and had only stopped to consolidate itself and pull its supply lines up, to the north and South, 2 Other 150,000 Man Armies were advancing as well, the plan was for the 2 Northern Ones, the 2nd and 18th, to meet at Baghdad, and for the Southern one, the 34th, to take Riyadh.

Less than Two hours ago, a Islamastan submarine attacked and attempted to sink the RBS Excellsior. This Unprovked attack will not go unpunished and as such the Republic joins the United States of Pennslvania in their war against Islamastan.

Excellsior

Two hours had passed since the attack and the hull had been sealed and the ship was being made seaworthy once more.

President Shaffer heard of this, and sent the following Message to The Republic of the Battlehawk

We are sorry to hear of this attack, but are glad that you have decided to join us in this unprovoked attack

Warzone

In front of Shallahs army was 40,000 Regular Army and 60,000 Reservists sent to defend Baghdad for as long as possible by delaying the army, with the other 14,000 Regulars and 63,000 Reservists to the south doing the same near Riyadh

MEssage TO President Shaffer

We will bring vengance to the enemy, but what is your current battle plan, we need to know where to deploy. Our Main fleet is being prepared along with our army and airforce.

Currently we are just trying to delay them long enough for more of our troops to arrive to defend the Vital cities of Baghdad and Riyadh, for right now deploy your troops to Syria and guard our Northern Flank, it should be rather queit, so it shoud allow your men to adjust to the desert

King Abdullah IV Scoofed, how could a combination of 2 week nations like the Republic of the Battlehawk and the United States of PA Defeat his army, he ignored this, ordering his generals to pick up the pace.

I-762, 843 miles West of Baghdad

As the Islamastan troops advanced along just 3 roads, USPA Troops lied mines all up and down the road, at the very least these tactics had caused the deaths of at least 700 Enemy soldiers so far, with many more to come

Republic fleets one, two and three were soon steaming towards the Warzone, aboard were more than a hundred thousand men, with more coming over land through friendly nations.
