The site was one of sixteen terminal camps which housed the unwanted minority of the New Berburs, here they were forced to maintain crops, fed only enough to keep themselves going for the next day, and watered the same way. They sustained the agricultural economy, but they were also the losers of an abhorrent civil war that had left the country's economy is wrack, and had also diminished the once amicable nation was nothing more than a pitiful rock which housed such atrocities. It was decided, however that one of the sixteen terminal camps could be done away with, and the order was given over a mass radio wave length so as to make sure the message was received, there was no station set solely aside for any purpose of the government.

The killing began at around seven, the sun to the attack's backs and the people who were already had been working an hour could barely straighten themselves and became easy targets that were killed and raped within the first hour, it was a horrifying site, and one that would etiolate any man with a decent moral standing.

The government of Ravea strongly condemns the actions of Lluviando, and questions any nation that would do business with such a country. The Authority would like to inquire what plans The Beatus has for the displaced and genocide-ravaged New Berburs, and also wonders why exactly a nation that stoops to genocide should be supplied weapons or money.

Again, either an astounding failure of understanding or information, perhaps both, we've never denied such claims, however we maintain the position we have not been dealing with this 'Beatus' you speak of.

It seems the Authority has also been misunderstood. Regardless of the Beatus connection, Genocide is considered at the very least to be an unforgivable international war crime.
