Noordeinde Prime Ministers Convoy Factbook

Noordeinde
30-04-2009, 15:26
The Office of the President.
The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde.
Official Diplomatic Communication.

The President of Noordeinde, while in office, will only use his own vehicles, wheter he is within the country or abroad.

Most details of the car are classified for security reasons. It is completely fitted with military grade armor at least five inches thick for maximum protection, and the wheels are fitted with run flat tires. Due to the thickness of the glass, much natural light is excluded, so a fluorescent halo lighting system in the headliner is essential

On domestic trips, Noordeinde Airforce One displays the Noordeinde and Prresidential standard flags, which are illuminated by directional flood lights mounted on the hood.

When the President performs a state visit to a foreign country, the Presidential standard is replaced by the foreign country's flag. The limousine is airlifted for domestic and international use primarily by a Noordeinde Air Force C-17 Globemaster III (http://www.military-aircraft.org.uk/transport-aircraft/boeing-c-17-globemaster-iii.jpg)

Further the President has it's own "Diplomatic Protection Division", which accompannies the President everywhere he goes, also on trips abroad the country.

Hereby The Office of the President distributes a list of vehicles and planes to every nation, just in case the President will visit your nation.

Diplomatic Protection Division:
- 3 armored 'older' Chevrolet Suburbans (http://i580.photobucket.com/albums/ss250/krijk/SecretService5.jpg?t=1243181603)

TO: The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde

Dear Sir/Madam,

By means of this letter, I wish to formally invite you to a state visit in the Grand Duchy of Van Luxemburg. We feel that we both have interests in talks between likewise minded nations, like the Grand Duchy of Noordeinde and the Grand Duchy of Van Luxemburg.

During this state visit in Van Luxemburg, we feel we should discuss trade, the international situation and matters of national security and defence. We hope you are able to send a delegation with personnel knowledgeable on these subjects, preferably from the Ministries that are responsible for these issues and, in regard to the subject of Defence, military personnel.

The state visit will take place in and around the city of Luxembourg, but we cannot rule out the possibility we will be visiting other destinations during this state visit. Of course, security will be taken care of, and talked through with your security forces.

We hope you can make the time to visit us in the Grand Duchy of Van Luxemburg!

Signed,

Koen van Luxemburg
Grand Duke of Van Luxemburg

From: The Office of the Prime Minister, The Grand Duchy of Noordeinde

Sir Grand Duke of van Luxemburg,

I would be honored to come over to your beautyfull country for an official State Visit.

I absolutely agree that it would be great to discuss several matters which interest both of our countries. And because of that I ofcourse will take the right people with me to The Grand Duchy van Luxemburg who are specialized in these subject we might/can discuss.

As you might have read in our Factbook I, as Prime Minister, will take my own vehicles and Secret Service Agents with me as safety precaution.

I'm sure my personnal security and the van Luxemburg security forces can work well together.

But I have one question, is their a possibility to meet with the Noordeinde Ambassador and several of the Noordeinde people which live in The Grand Duchy of van Luxemburg at our Embassy?

Well I hope this State Visit will be a great succes, and I hope to see you soon on van Luxemburg soil!

Sincerrely Yours,
Jonathan Roosevelt
