Fustanan, a strict fascist dictatorship, has been planning an invasion for some time, and it currently has found an opening.

The government of Loria Aesir has in place policies that mean no international aid will be granted to any foreign nation. However this does not apply to military resources.
We can supply a company of 16 3-30 Panther tanks (our leading model) and the needed number of soldiers to man them. In addition we can also loan your forces 5 F-16 jets.
These resources will be supplied to you under a loan scheme. After the conflict your nation will be liable for any repair costs due to serious damage to both the 3-30 Panthers and the F-16's along with upkeep costs and compensation for any of our troops kia.
My government will require all remaining 3-30 Panthers and F-16 jets to be allowed to leave your borders at the end of the conflict and no reverse engineering to be carried out.
Our military help is there if your economy can afford to take it.
We standby for your reply.
