Exellent, when you want to RP War or anything to do with the world map, go to the site, if you exceed 2 weeks in-acitvity on forums, you willbe removed from the map, due to in-activity UNLESS YOU INFORM ME AHEAD OF TIME

It depends, if their is a war declared on your nation (there a section on offisite forums) then you should answer, or the attacker will easily take your land, so if you log on, you should check all the forums, and she if anyone is attacking you or theres a new alliance, for example look on the alliance section i making an alliance, go see if you eligable to join
