SIA-Carnelian Islands:

The Elven Leader of Carnelian Island, Myaarisa Li and her Partner Kayiziki are now stepping down as the decade long leadership to hand it to their daughter Xiu-tai Li and her Partner Ah Hou as mandated in the Delcorative of Succession.

Myaarisa Li was known for expanding Carnellian Foreign relations most notably with their neighbors AHSCA as well as helping her people through the worse cyclone in history of the island.

Xiu-tai is probably more known as a champion of Communism than her own mother having traveled to all the neighboring islands and establishing a Communist Party in them all. Even AHSCA now has a Communist Party like her mother she is also devoutly lesbian and strictly racial purity.

"Elves should marry elves, nekos should marry nekos, humans should marry humans no other way." While she believes in racial purity she does not oppose the interaction and friendship between other species.

Xiu is also known as an Anti-Religious advocate and has written a creed on it title Creed of Thought: XXVI
Religion, the Great Mental Illness (信念的思想二十六：宗教：偉大的精神疾病 in Carnelian Chinese).

She's also known for being against the Church of Carnelian, the only legal state faith.

A selected passage that commented on the lack of any higher-power included a notation the deadly cyclone that struck over a year ago. The winds and rains brought high waters. A most furious storm lashed against us. Women clung for their babies to maintain them. Even my own mother had a true look of fear; of like I have never seen.

Many had perished in this terrible storm, but had done nothing to deserve it. Some mysterious almighty that allows the innocent who live in the most humble of circumstances seem to always bee the ones to suffer while those who hark to the siren of sin, reap the unjust rewards. The universe ran in such away, makes me shudder.

Along with many other Creeds of thought ranging from the theory of Capitalism and Modern Society, the Benefits of Communism, and her most famous One Man's Poverty, One Society's True Way of Life (一個人的貧窮，一個社會的真正出路生命) the Creed that justifies Carnelian Islands life of extreme poverty as being a true way of life free from the shackles of Capitalism.

She posed with her partner for a dynamic moonlight shot in the waters of her native island which was deemed to risque for this international publication.

While she has many different views from her mother, she means no disrespect.

"My wonderful mothers have taught me so much. They have fed me, sheltered me, and have taught me the value of my thought. I am proud to take up the position and wish my undying love."

Xiu-tai Li has not noted much about the potential future with international relations with the world, other than AHSCA.

"Our island neighbors are the ones we trust more. They share some of our very core values."

I'm glad you have no qualms with our Communist ways or my anti-Religious beliefs. I do wish to clarify my points on racial purity, I do believe in the concept but in a manner of that the races should remain their own, and not intermix by sex and marriage. I would certainly not prohibit general interaction between people and would never do something as terrible as to call for a massacre.

While we oppose any all communist nations and dogma as well as National Socialist policies such as 'racial purity', we support your secularism.

The Baron Soryana was perplexed by the report on the Carnelians which had been left on his desk by his secretary before she went on her break. As a nobleman who was very much supportive of the status quo in the Queendom, and as someone who had been quite the intellectual during his studies at the University of Olyan, the Baron loathed Communism as did many others in the realm. Yet he didn't find Carnelian Island to be threatening, something which he took some happiness from. It was interesting to the Queen to know that the island's new leader was lesbian like she was but at least her Carnelian counterpart could publically come out of the closet without fear of condemnation. That's what irked the Queen the most.

Baron Soryana had sent over a copy of the document to the Queen and she decided after some consideraton to send a private message to the leader of Carnelian Island, Myaarisa Li, in the hopes of making a friend. Her message was simple and straightforward, yet written in the highest rate of elegancy possible from a monarch. Stamped with the Royal seal and sent through the Queen's private channel, the letter read as follows:

"First of all, I welcome you to the international stage and wish that your nation is blessed by prosperity and success. Secondly, I wish to tell you that, like you, I am also a lesbian politician but I am not so lucky in that I cannot come out of my closet - as they say - without much condemnation from my own citizens. I will admit that I am somewhat afraid of the prospect. If our nations could be friends, and if we ourselves could be friends, I would appreciate it."

The Queen then ordered the Baron to send his own message which read as follows:

"Her Majesty's Government has hereby decreed that the Queendom of Kageb desires the full establishment of diplomatic relations between the Queendom and Carnelian Island with the exchange of embassies, the creation of trade, and of touristic/education programs made for our citizens....."

Thank you for your letter. While it was addressed to my mother Myaarisa Li, I am assuming it was intended for me as the knew Carnelian Ruler. My mother Myaarisa Li also wishes to send her thanks for your kind letter.

I am sorry that you are a closeted lesbian monarch. Carnelians have practiced same sex marriage for as long as recorded history has shown. Hopefully one day you shall be liberated from secrecy. My beloved partner and I wish you the best.

I am more than interested in establishing relations between our fine nations, and hope to arrange a meeting soon. We can sail to your country or you may come to us.

First of all, I wish to thank you for the support you have given me - concerning the sort of lifestyle that I have chosen. One will know that there is much pressure on me to continue the dynasty but I am sure that there will not be as much as there possibly could, since I do have relatives and the like who may succeed me if I have no children. In the end, I must wait and see as to what happens with this.

Second, it would be a pleasure for you not only to visit the Queendom of Kageb but for me to visit Carnelian Island upon whenever it is most convenient for you. Please consult our minister in charge of foreign affairs, the Baron Soryana, for further details, et cetera.

You are entitled to your opinions, so long as we are entitled to ours. If you don't wish relations with us, we don't really mind, because chances are we don't wish for any with you.

And we aren't quiet sure as to why a nation that already opposed to homosexuality expresses that we have that choice allowed.
