We find it an especially unfortunate development that the experiment was carried out in spite of the repeated warning of the international community. Crumblestan's step jeopardises the renewal of nation talks set up to solve the Crumblestan nuclear question.

Snooplestan finds it necessary for the Armed Republic of Crumblestan to terminate its activity aimed at the development of long-range missiles, to respect the self-imposed moratorium on missile experiments and to return to the nation talks as a constructive partner as soon as possible.
