Anacreonian soldiers today have took up arms against the Anacreonian Government, and have staged a violent coup. General David Leiskdar, the leader of the coup issued a statement today against the corruption rampant in the Anacreonian parliament and police and proceeded to issue orders to invade Arsenna, the Anacreonian capital.

Royal United Anacreon Army proceeded to invade Arsenna leaving 25 policemen dead, and 73 wounded. Remaining police were detained along with captured parliament members.

His Majesty King Reynald Montzerrat and the royal family proceeded to welcome General Leiskdar while prime minister Kevin Manse asked for international help in freeing United Anacreon.

It has yet to be seen what the international community will do.

Three Lingard Crusiers sat off United Anacreons Coast, they were observeing the coup in the nation and had already covertly landed a Federation Ranger, Special Forces, team to scope out the situation

Further more i would like answers as to why Parliament members were executed and reports of the violent murders of innocent civilians.

Australizia wishes to cooperate with your military to create a safe zone which would have 1,500 Australiazian soldiers establish near south for any people who are misplaced or are in need of the necessities such as food, water and shelter. This would be more of an aid and peacekeeping mission with only the people of the United Anacreon at mind. You willing of course to accept this offer and allowing us to control a small area of land which we would occupy until the issue has been solved. The soldiers were sprinting across the lands of Anacreon. Helicopters soared above them, firing hellfire missiles and jets flew above, hitting their targets.

"Lets go, Move it!" Said Captain Jacob Grant.

The Australiazian air force commenced Operation Red Night with a aerial bombardment, the night sky lit up as 100's of bombs were dropped in the surrounding shoreline. As the Army approached the shore the tanks and infantry ran out to the shore and secured the ground and started their march to the capital.

"Move it, Move it!" Captain Jacob was shouting to the mass of Garmidian and now Australiazian troops that were launching the Ground invasion of United Anacreon.

They had to reach the capital.

"We've met no ground resistance either. We haven't heard from Lingard forces, except they did say that a group of rangers had already reached Anacreon shores. Their working name is Operation Soaring Eagle, Over."

Anacreonian Aircraft were quickly launched from Arsenna Airbase. Three F/A 22s attacked ground invaders below. Casualties unknown.

The Four Man Rangers team had commandeeried a vehcile and were heading to where rumours said the Garmidia troops had landed

Anacreonian soldiers were prepared to attack. Still they waited in several positions while getting impatient. Their guns ready, their lives on the line, they were ready to die for their country.

"Get those aircraft down!" Shouted Captain Jacob into his radio set, to the Air Force team working in Anacreon.
Two F-22s and F-15Cs were dispatched to chase down the Anacreon jets.

They had hit some of the men, with 25+ dead.

"Dispatch the B-2 Bombers!"

5 minutes later, the Super-Stealth B2 Bombers were dispatched to begin bombing Arsenna.

We immediately and unconditionally surrender.

Then the tanks rolled in. There was a massive, massive contingent of them, over 400, heading towards Arsenna. They were getting close.

Planes and helicopters soared above, firing their missiles and shooting their bullets. The infrastructure of Anacreon was almost completely obliterated.

As the F/A 22's flew over 23 Australiazian soldiers were killed and 32 injured. Anti air systems were still being set up and in the mean time 15 Harriers pursued the F/A 22's. The KIA and wounded were taken back to the shore to the on board medical facilites, and the dead laid to rest. However the push towards the city of Arsenna continued as 30,000 men and 250 abram tanks keep pushing. Mean while the response to the ground attack was an attack led by30 Havoc Attack Helicopters and 5 Apaches that moved towards the airbase to lay assault to the aircraft and ground crews.

The Federation rangers saw a patrol coming and too cover, when the eight man group came into the ambush area they pounced and aimed weapons at the group.

TIME LINE OF THE ANACREON WAR

August the 3rd, 2009. Anacreon's newly formed President, Johannes Chay, refuses to organize Democratic elections.

August 4th, 2009. Garmidia and Australiazia form an alliance and name the operation Operation Red Night.

August 4th, 2009: 10:00 PM, Anacreon time. Hell breaks loose. The massive firepower of the alliance unleashes itself upon Anacreon. Their small power in comparison means hardly any resistance. At 10:23 PM Anacreon time, the Ground invasion begins. Allied troops start rolling in Arsenna.

August 5th, 2009: In the early hours of the morning, the RFD surrenders.

The Federation rangers saw a patrol coming and too cover, when the eight man group came into the ambush area they pounced and aimed weapons at the group.

The Garmidian soldier, who appeared to be the captain of the patrol, smiled.

"I'm sure you've heard the news." He said excitedly. "They've already surrendered."

"C'mon." Said the captain of the Garmidian patrol. "Lets rejoin the main platoons."

As the Australiazian army approach into the capital of Arsenna, they were met with heavy fire of the military government and had now begun the most dangerous fighting of urban combat. "get an air strike in on the building" scream general Davids. The Apache arrived and unloaded hell missiles onto an apartment block, the building was flattened but still the raging war continued.

"Get the tanks in! Get the goddamn tanks in and get those goddamn B-2s to support us!" Shouted Captain Jacob as he stood along the Australiazian troops.

Helicopters fired their missiles at the buildings, but the Military Govt. troops were in all positions.

Tank after tank after tank rolled into Arsenna, firing missiles at positions suspected of having Government troops in them.

Australiazia's force pushed towards the heart of Arsenna the battle got more intense. A man stuck himself out of a window wielding an RPG and fired upon the Abram tanks.
"Incoming".
The explosion destroyed 1 Abrams tank, and left 6 Australiazian dead in the burning inferno.
"Someone get some f***ing fire on the building and kill him!" yes sir.

Back on the Supply route away from the war 10,000 Australiazian soldiers were setting up a safe zone where The United Anacreon citizens would be able come and shelter, have food, clothing and clean water as the war continued into the heart of United Anacreon.

"Let's move up! Most of the soldiers in the apartment building are down."
Captain Jacob shouted to his soldiers.

Tanks were still piling in to Arsenna, and planes overhead were bombing targets in Arsenna.

The lightly armed soldiers in Ravenna were an excellent diversion. As the allied forces attacked Arsenna and the Militias. The Anacreon Army with it's 400 Leopard 2 tanks and 70 F-22s were ready to die. The 200,000 strong Marines were prepared... As the Allied armies were quickly victorious in Arsenna, to their horror, they needed to fight again.

The 1600 Advancing Allied tanks started firing at the 400 Anacreon tanks. Marines and other soldiers ran for cover as planes up ahead began dog fighting in the skies and 24 B-2 Bombers flew overhead to start destroying the Anacreon tanks.

Sgt. Ocaslev was ready. His lightly armed militias were prepared for anything but again, they were fighting against the blunt force of the Allied Forces. The Allied Forces were winning the battle. Apartments were falling quickly to the advanced Allied forces.

F/22s from the United Anacreon royal air force quickly destroyed 12 B-2 Bombers but with such a Pyrrhic victory. Arsenna Airbase was captured.

Ooc: I'm starting to move ground forces south to the Airbase.

At that moment, Captain Jacob called the naval commanders.
"Launch the SCUDs."
And one of his junior communications officers called the air force commanders.
"Launch."

The moment he finished saying 'Launch', Bright lights lit up the sea. F-22s and F-15s were taking off from about 8 Aircraft carriers, and immediately after that, huge lights lit up the sea. SCUDs had been fired and the Navy was making their presence felt.

About 200 leopards and K2 tanks were moving south to Arsenna Airbase. At this time, all the Air Forces of all the nations were disabled... It was time for ground conflict now.

"Move the Ground forces in!" Shouted Captain Jacob.
The tanks had secured positions in Arsenna and now convoys and convoys carrying Garmidian and Australiazian troops were moving in to streets. SCUDs fell on the city, and sustained shock-and-awe bombing campaigns were underway at several different locations.

Rockets were launched from Salisbury Bay. Patriot missiles quickly launched and heavily damaged Garmidian navy but not before the Garmidians proceeded to....

"Alright, the Air Force has finished their campaign."

Garmidian troops kicked down doors of apartment buildings, SCUDs were launched at large, commercial districts and buildings and the rest of the Navy were moving in around Anacreon. The ground conflict had begun.

"Sir, we just got reports that another 5,000 Garmidian Army troops are going to reinforce us for the push forward."
"Okay. Good."

Helicopters started to drop Anacreon Special Forces in the middle of Arsenna Airbase. Explosives and IEDs were being set up around the south road where Australiazian forces were on. It would only be about 15 minutes until UA marines start attacking.

A fast, momentous Tomahawk Cruise Missile launched from one of the cannons.[or whatever they launch from] It disappeared into the dark, night sky and a thunderous momentous explosion in 'Salisbury Bay' occurred.

Anacreonian Hesher class nuclear submarines proceeded to assault the remaining naval forces and were met with heavy resistance.

Salisbury Bay fell. It was now a pile of rubble besides the seas. The remaining Garmidian ships were firing on Anacreonian ships. But the remaining GMS steelthing was already sinking.

A Garmidian IOUP Class A1 Submarine Attack ship had been dispatched to fight the submarines.

Anacreonian Nuclear subs were prepared to self destruct. Their reactors were set to overload. Meanwhile Anacreonian Marines have landed at Arsenna Airbase.

Anti-Tank guns were set up around Arsenna to stop and advances towards the city. The Garmidian troops needed to clear the Arsenna Business District, and they were equipped with rocket launchers.

Fourteen were launched at the district, and a mass of Anacreon troops came running out of buildings.

"Get snipers on to those people!"
Snipers were set up in tall buildings over looking the Business district, and began to shoot.

"Get some mortars on to them!"

Now for a short while, the major conflict in the war was over, but one place needed to be captured: The Arsenna Airbase.

The Garmidian troops got prepared;

104 Convoys of military buses, LAVs and ERC-90s were loaded.
The extra 4,000 Garmidian troops had landed,
The GNIS (Garmidia National Intelligence Service) was providing information,
Some 1500 of the 1800 tanks left were getting prepared for an assault,
and some 203,000 Garmidian troops were ready.

2500 Anacreon K1 tanks and 1300 k2 tanks. The 1st Mechanised Division was prepared to attack.

IC:The ground forces were led by Australiazian forces in which 245 Abrams tanks, 150 M3 Tracked Armoured Fighting Vehicles with air support from 50 Havoc attack helicopters and 10 Apaches blocking off all exits from the Arsenna airbase. As 35,000 brave Australiazian troops marched south along their allies in the garmidian army and advanced on the government forces. Village after village on the path was burning or blown to rubble, what little remain of United Anacreon's country was lit up by rockets firing overhead whistling through the night sky towards the pro-government military heading south towards the air base, it was a desperate attempt to get allied forces into a corner giving the government army the upper hand.

The Australiazian government has announced there has been a major break through in the battle against pro-government forces with a SCUD attack on Salisbury, an important Anacreon stronghold, was destroyed. The casualty list still grows on all sides with Australiazian forces conceding there had been 187 killed and 400 injured. The Defence forces has announced it will be sending another 10,000 troops and 250 Atmos 2000 155mm Self-Propelled Artillery System (http://www.army-technology.com/projects/atmos/) to relieve troops and offer more offensive support. they are expected to arrive in 3 hours.

Garmidian officials have announced the capture of Arsenna, the capital of Anacreon, and hailed it as a breakthrough. Garmidia has fought an intense naval war with Anacreon, and both sides lost ships. Garmidian and Australiazian troops are now concentrating efforts on Arsenna Air Base, a pro-government held stronghold. Garmidian medical teams are to arrive in Anacreon soon to help wounded soldiers, both pro-government and allied, and to help the civilians.

United Anacreon Air Force has commenced a full bombing of the Australiazian Capitol! The devastation remains to be seen, but to all Australiazian citizens in Canberra (ooc: sorry, I forgot your capitol), please get as far away from the damage as you can. I repeat. Get as far away as you can from the attack.

Lt. General Adam Bohren of the United Anacreon Air Force has repeatedly stated that it will NOT use any nuclear weapons against the ORNA forces but it remains to be seen. The current war has severely damaged the capitol of Arsenna, and all government buildings have relocated to the city of Vanelona.

It is not known whether ORNA forces will prepare to attack Vanelona, where a strategic missile defence system is now in place. And Anacreonian Army Reserve forces are preparing to defend.

As the 2nd day of the War in Anacreon, which has led to an Anacreonian invasion of Australiazia comes to a close. We can only hope for a quick resolution of this ongoing conflict.

In Breaking news tonight, Anacreon forces have attacked Australiazia. The DoD has order 250,000 Marines complete with Tanks, B-2 Stealth Bombers, some 120,000 fighters, 2,300 Naval vessels to fight the Anacreons. The Garmidian DEFCON level has been raised to War level. (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=590246) This is the first time in history that DEFCON has reached this, and the DoD has released a statement believing the Australiazian's were vulnerable because their DEFCON was at No Worries level.

In addition to this, some 125,000 troops with support will be sent to Anacreon.

Reports indicate that in about 1 hour, the bulk of the United Anacreon Army have prepared to land in Canberra to prepare to assault the city of Adelaide ( sorry again for making up locations).

As I report to you now, we can see and hear thousands, literally thousands of planes and helicopters taking off. Naval vessels are being dispatched. There are hundreds and thousands of military vessels here. This is the biggest war Garmidia has ever seen...
The Civilian life has been majorly disrupted as the preparation for yet another major battle is imminent.
We hear now that Garmidian forces are not preparing for further assaults into Anacreon, but are focusing efforts on the Anacreon assault into Australiazia. The president is expected to make an address soon. The sheer force of this entire armed force.. we're hearing reports of over 1,000,000 soldiers, tanks, planes, vessels and all sorts of support infantry being dispatched...

The Garmidian Military have prepared to mobilize their forces and have sent the largest deployment of Garmidian troops overseas in history. While Australiazian forces are busy fighting militia forces in Arsenna, the United Anacreonian Army has prepared to mobilize about 6,000,000 Soldiers to Australiazia.

As such a large mobilization of Garmidian, and Anacreonian troops will take about several hours. The Anacreonian Forces have recently captured Sydney with little to no resistance.

By far, the War in Anacreon and Austrialiazia has taken a severe toll on all it's participants.

Knowing full well that soldiers would die the troops they did what was required of them to save their country. There aim was to strategically bombard the supplyment line in Canberra used by the United Anacreonian Army, effectively cutting off all supplies such as food and ammo, in an attempt to repulse the invading forces. This was met with a fair amount of resistance as the United Anacreonian Army had taken anti-air defences. However there was also air to air combat with 650 F22 and 100 b2 bombers, the Anacreonian air force was quickly put to rest. With all Anacreonian air forces destroyed and 434 Australiazian harriers II and 367 Panavia Tornadoes lost in the process of a victorious campaign to take out air defences and supply lines.

The Australiazian army divided into 3 divisions to cover the area to keep the army mobile so they were able to hit the Anacreonian's hard and be able to fall back to a safe position to hold their positions and advance forward.
The Australiazian army mobilise 500,000 troops to defensive positions around the city to repel and push the United Anacreonian Army back, which become a fiercely bloody battle leaving 12,000 Australiazian troops and 2,600 more seriously injured and the United Anacreonian Army was rapidly depleting.

What was once a thriving city had been turned into a ghost town with citizens fleeing the area, while the buildings that once stood tall were reduced to rubble and ashes and blood stained streets from the launch of 200 MOAB missiles which hit Canberra as the Anacreonian Army came ashore. The civilian casualties of Sydney were numbered to be around 4,000 dead and 1,000's more injured as well as 10,000's now homeless.

Just in: Recently in the past week, Union of Independent States co-member and founder United Anacreon declared an assualt on Australiazia after Anacreonese rebels attempted a coup to overthrow "the monarchial corruption of King Reynold".

Garmidia has soon intervened and declared war in defense of their ally, Australiazia, and United Anacreon brought in Union of Independent States soon-to-be Secretary-General holder, Zukzes, to the defense.

President James Ralin of United Consertino said to the Consertinian associated press that "my administration has full interest in ending the conflict between our allies and Australiazia and her team......we look forward to hosting a treaty convention in downtown Consertino City, and if such is not met, we will take up arms in defense of our coalition's honor, and defend United Anacreon, Zukzes, and all who wish to participate on the Coalition forces.

Arsenna, United Anacreonese capital has been repeatidly bombed by the foreign alliance, Ronald Asman, reporter and editor for the Times has entered the war zone on behalf of it's chaos between the rebellion and air strikes. As he reported it is fortunate the the war looks like it will come to a close with a draw, and he is looking forward to Consertino City hosting a treaty convention.

Actually it's just our three nations so Zukzes isn't involved....

From recently reports, it seems as if Anacreonian forces are prepared to launch an attack on Darwin, where the Garmidian forces will land. MOAB missiles have heavily damaged the infrastructure of Darwin, and reports indicate at least 1 hour until the fall of Darwin.

Darwin is the closest Australiazian city to United Anacreon, and as such it is a strategic point to take over.

Night has fallen here at Garmidia's Base 1, and the tensions have risen. You ask any soldier here, any person going in to war, and they tell you they're not scared, they're probably lying. It is predicted the war will launch soon, and a statement will be made by the President of Garmidia sometime tomorrow or tonight.

UIS forces have commited to remain neutral in the conflict as observers. The UIS, which was founded by the previous democratic government of Anacreon, has decided that it is in their best interest to not support a military dictatorship until a clear victor in the war is shown.

In other news, 500,000 Anacreon Marine Corps have captured Darwin to reinforce the city against the Garmidian attack.
Civillian Casualties are listed at about 38 as UIS neutral peacekeepers have evacuated Darwin.

We hear now that Darwin is being evacuated, as it is expected the Garmidian assault will begin there. We are expecting an official announcement about the commencement of hostilities any moment now.

As Garmidian president Sam Phillips has recently announced an attack against Darwin and full declaration of war. It seems as if Anacreon Army has finally reached Australiazia to support the Marine Corps.

An estimated 25,000,000 soldiers, 3,500 k1 tanks and 1,000 k2 tanks, have been sent to occupy Sydney.

It is unknown where Anacreonian forces are prepared to attack, but UAMC have prepared to clear the path for new supply lines.

The drone of the helicopters was the loudest, most deafening noise to hear. There were 95,000 helicopters in the skies. Below there were 250,000 Naval vessels transporting 35,000,000 troops to Australiazia. They would start at Lismore, an unoccupied city, then they would move to Tamworth, setting up a defensive shield.

1 Hour Later

The 95,000 Helicopters blended in with the night sky. The noise though, of troops piling down ropes and unloading off 50,000 of the Naval vessels, and the setting up of anti-aircraft machines, the taking over of air fields and the warning of citizens did not. 400,000 troops were unloaded off onto Lismore, then 200,000 were sent to Tamworth, then the offensive began in Darwin. Some 20,500,000 troops were sent to begin operation in Darwin.

Sgt. Dylan Fernandez checked his standard issue Hk416 rifle. The outnumbered 500,000 Anacreon forces faced 20,500,000 Garmidian troops, which were to arrive sooner than expected. He heard the GSRN and GNN broadcasts earlier, and the sheer scale of the war didn't surprise him.

The Anacreonian offensive and Coup had desensitized him. No fear now, just anticipation of the end.

About 3000 m6 anti air linebackers and 2000 m777 artillery were in positions around Darwin. 500,000 marines were supported by 2,000,000 reserve marines fresh from Anacreon.

Darwin's close proximity to Anacreon were the reason for the quick speed of the Reinforcements, and now, with the bulk of ORNA and Anacreon Militaries in Australiazia. Hell manifested on earth.

Sweat poured down his face. The sheer force of the overwhelming numbers of troops frightened him, and they were from his own country. For miles there were helicopters and bombers, fighters and naval vessels. Hell had come in the form of an army.

The only thing that could make Lt. Anders happy at the moment, was thought of the bombing of Gallaterese.

Sgt. Jack Brend was sitting, staring in the helicopter. He saw Darwin in the distance. A bleak skyline at the moment, A war-torn hell hole in the future. They would lose planes to begin with, but they had anti- missile tech + the Australiazian army was to begin a ground offensive soon.

As anti-air forces fired at the oncoming helicopters. K1 and K2 tanks were prepared to defend. Trenches were dug in around Darwin, and from the centre, m777 Artillery fired on the incoming ORNA troops.

Jack Brend's helicopter survived the first barrage of anti-aircraft fire and when he unloaded off his helicopter he could see, to his far right, what looked like 5,000 Naval vessels unloading troops. But where the hell were the other 145,000 Naval vessels!?? He thought. He looked up and saw helicopters, jets and all sorts shooting, being shot down and flying past, bombing Darwin. His M4A1 Grenadier slung across his shoulders as tens of thousands of ORNA troops proceeded into Darwin from his direction.

The trenches were dug in and ready to fight the onslaught of ORNA troops.

Anacreonians fought for their national pride. Australiazians fought for their nation. Garmidians fought for the safety of their nation.

The battle was about to begin.

It began. The onslaught began. Hundreds of thousands of ORNA troops proceeded deeply into Darwin. Urban fighting broke out. Troops stormed buildings. Tanks fought eachother. Bombs were dropped. Hell broke loose.

"Fire Everything!"

The hellish cacophony of Helicopters, Anti-Aircraft fire, and heavy fire teared up the surrounding into a melody of death.

A Garmidian helicopter crashed close to the outer ring of the trenches.

"Check for survivors!"

6 Marines ran towards the wreckage of the Helicopter and saw a man in a desert camo uniform fully armed crawl from the wreckage.

His m4a1 was a distant cousin from the Standard Issue hk416 of the Anacreon Marines.

The Marines aimed their rifles at him.

"Fuck You"

The sound of six rifles firing simeoutaneously tore through sky.

More Helicopters fell.

K2 tanks fought against the Abrams of the Garmidian Army.
It was nighttime, and the sound of gunfire was everywhere.

M2 IFVs carried the Anacreonian forces from the city to the outer trenches where the main battle was occuring.

The Anacreonian army had already arrived, distinguishable from the Marines by their MULTICAM uniforms in contrast to the MARPAT.

"Fucking cunts!" Shouted a Marine. "Get a goddamn Tomahawk in there."

Three simultaneous Tomahawks fired from a naval ship into Trench 3.

At the same moment 30-40 tanks found themselves in the just-bombed Trench.
"Fire on those buildings!"

The sound of 40 cannons firing at once tore through the sky.

The battle of Darwin was nothing like in Arsenna. Whereas in Arsenna, the Anacreonian Militias were defeated by ORNA, Darwin was different.

The artillery from darwin had sunk many Garmidian ships, and both countries were fighting in unfamiliar territory.

Australiazian troops were too far, and K2 tanks were ready to fight them off. Garmidian Forces took over the docks, and the CBD was worse than anything.

Anacreonian Marines pushed back the Garmidians towards the docks after several hours of urban warfare.

Trench 3 was abandoned, and its proximity to the Docks provided Garmidian forces a perfect location for a defense barrier.

But the Garmidians had only just begun. This was their tactic: Make the enemy seem like they're winning then...

Well. Anyway.

BGM-71s were set up and began to bomb Anacreon targets. M1127s carried hundreds of thousands of Garmidians in to Darwin. Urban combat hadn't ended and the war was only halfway through it's radical invasion stage.

TOWs bombed extensively. Darwin was shockingly destroyed within hours.

Anacreonian Military Forces prepared to evacuate Darwin. M777 artillery continued to wreak havoc on the Garmidian controlled docks.

Within 2 hours Anacreonian Forces evacuated and were ready to stage a surprise attack on the Australiazians. In the meantime, whatever was left of Darwin was ruined. Although nowhere near as hellish as the holocaust of GALLATARESE( ooc: thats our new in joke!). The night was silent. Garmidian and Anacreonians were both planning to fight one last battle in 24 hours.

Garmidian forces sent their full forces into Darwin. Half was captured in less than 4 hours but m777 fire wreaked havoc on Garmidian positions. They had to be taken out.

But there was one thing they could agree on: GALATARESE needed to be bombed more.

As the Anacreonian Military Forces prepared to leave Darwin the Australiazian army was ready to send in RCT's (reconstruction task forces) into the devastated areas of Darwin to set up camps and to start rebuilding the basics such as schools, hospitals, homes and community centres with a convoy of 500 M1081 Standard Cargo Trucks. However reconstruction had already started in Sydney was as support for rebuilding from troops and privately owned construction groups started to bring back hope in the area.

The Australiazian army did little in Darwin due to the support of the Garmidian army but they were preparing the troops for a huge battle of Melbourne.

As half of the soldiers were already stationed in Melbourne the others came from across the country to fight for the Nation. This was to be quite a battle as they set up in the buildings and surroundings in Melbourne awaiting there battle.

Meanwhile back in Arsenna, in the United Anacreon which had now completely fallen into Australiazian and Garmidian forces which had become the new authority in the area due to the fact all soldiers had left or were leaving to attack Australiazia. The Australiazian army had now captured the main town and setup a safe zone of 50km radius and had now set up a refugee camp with 10,000's of tents for the United Anacreon people which were left to fend on the own from the government while the Australiazian and Garmidian forces provided food, shelter, medical and clothing for those left homeless. There was also a Australiazian reconstruction task force (RCT's) that had already started building the main facilities such as hospitals, houses and schools for the locals. The Australiazian army had also sent out a search party of;

The bombings of Sydney and Darwin have left over well over 10,000 civillians killed and 30,000 more injured from the MOAB missiles that were fired on the cities. We now cross live to President Campbell Brown's address;

As the rest of the 2,500,000 more troops arrived to the capital Melbourne, the soldiers were in high hopes of the coming day(s). The Australiazian army were ready to fight to the death with the arrival of more vehicles and the Garmidian forces arriving.

The next RP is the one where we each take an RP as a character trying to escape the war in Australiazia, then the next RP after that is an RP where we are our countries fighting an insurgency war (like Iraq or Afghanistan) in Anacreon, where the new Anacreon govt. is on our side, fighting the insurgents, which are remnants of the previous govts. army.

MOABs were dropped onto Melbourne. The pounding of M777s onto the skyscrapers of Melbourne in the night damaged the infrastructure. It only signaled one thing. The Anacreonian Army arrived.

The Garmidian army had arrived also, full force.. but only 4,000,000 soldiers. Out of the 30,000,000, only 4,000,000 had arrived. But nevertheless, total bombing of Melbourne got underway.

Anacreonian Helicopters were downed by Garmidian anti-air. A ground assault was the only way to capture the city.

PRESIDENTIAL SPEECH

"My fellow Garmidians. What started on the 16th of April as violent Coup in United Anacreon and turned in to a devastating war of epic proportions is entering it's final stages, the final stages of this war in Australiazia. Currently there are coalition troops battling it out for Melbourne and I want to say thank you, to all those service men and women who gave their lives and those who are currently fighting for Garmidia. There is no greater duty than that of the service men and women serving for Garmidia in Australiazia. There are going to be heavy casualties, but we can not let corrupt governments spread. My fellow Garmidians - I ask that we come together as one to support our troops fighting for us. Thankyou, and god bless you."

Garmidian ground forces were engaged in heavy fighting shortly inside Melbourne. Many were dying, on both sides.

"Fire!"

Anacreonian Marines fought block by block against the Garmidian forces. A city like Melbourne could only hold so many, and it was 250,000 anacreonians against 350,000 Garmidians and Australiazian forces under ORNA central command.

The stench of smoke was deeply intrenched in Melbourne. The thickness of the air and unusual humidity was a deterrent for both forces but the fighting started. Anacreonian Marines kept on going against the ORNA forces. With the pounding of m777s from 20 kilometres away continuing to clear the path, there was no way back.

Tanks rolled in. Planes were destroyed overhead. Garmidian Marines fought and fought, as well as Anacreon Marines. ERC-90s fired their loads.

K2 tanks quickly decimated Australiazian t90 and t72 tanks but were slowed down by the Abrams. Nevertheless, the ORNA were being streched thin.

Tanks were being shot down and ORNA troops were being killed. Time for the naval offensive. A Stock of 29 Tomahawk cruise missiles landed at Anacreon positions. Then SCUDs were launched at m777s, and a ground offensive was again launched, but troops were still being killed.

Anacreon forces were nearing victory only to find that Garmidian Special Forces....

Colonel Johannes Chay, the man that sparked the war between ORNA and Anacreon, has been found shot dead in his presidential palace, in the capital of Anacreon, Arsenna, just moments ago. This effectively ends the devastating war in which at least a million casualties have resulted from this. A loyalist bullet has been found in his head and it is suspected the loyalists pulled off this operation.

The 8 day war in Australiazia and Anacreon severely damaged infrastructures of both countries, and the ORNA and Anacreonian forces suffered heavy casualties.

Kevin Manse has been returned as Anacreon's interim PM, as the country awaits elections. Still no confirmation on the assassin of Johannes Chay, it is suspected a Loyalist killed him. The Anacreon Military has surrendered after a devastating war in Australiazia which left thousands of civilians dead and rendered at least two million soldiers dead, in total and destroyed the infrastructure of Australiazia. At least 5 million are left homeless. President of Garmidia is expected to make an address any moment now.

The war in Australiazia has come to a grinding halt today as the Anacreon military had been defeated by the joint forces of of Australiazian and Garmidian military. The problem now for Australiazia is the rebuilding phase of putting the pieces back together of what was once a promising nation that was stuck by a foreign invader with force and a no mercy dropping bombs on innocent civilians. One major problem is Australia's lack of funds that had been spent funding the war and overseas operations. The President of Australiazia is expected to make a public speech to the world to help fund the clean up and rebuilding of his Nation, while many citizens remain homeless, starving and lack of shelter threaten as summer starts to heat up on the continent.

The President of Garmidia today has announced he will meet with the new government of Anacreon (when elected) and the government of Australiazia soon to discuss funding to rebuild Australiazia. First the President has to meet with the Congress to discuss funding for a war that is not yet over. Insurgents from the previous government of Colonel Johannes Chay, who was just assassinated by what we believe to be Loyalists, still terrorize Anacreon.

Not an active, intense war like the one we were just RPing about, in all the past pages. Anacreon's gonna make a new thread about the insurgency that's now happening. Insurgency like Afghanistan or Iraq, where patrols are sent out to engage taliban/al-qaeda insurgents. Or like Chechnya. That sort of war happens now.
