Central McSavagania, Press Office of the Skull Council:

An attempt has been made on the life of Warlord Krang, leader of the Skull Council during the retirement of wha was once the McSavaganian Air Defence Force's frontline fighter, the F-104.
Shots were fired from a as yet undisclosed location at the Warlord and his aides as they watched the final squadron make thier last flyby before switching to F-16s. The Warlord is unharmed, and no word has been heard on the identity or indeed number of gunmen, despite efforts by local Imperial Guard Forces.
Once again Mcsavagania forces are on high alert against a new possibly foreign funded insurgency.

Warlord,

Considering the cooperation I have sent thus far in order to modernize and train your Air Defense Force, I would think it a poor show of friendship if I did not do more. I too have been the target of more assassination attempts than I'd care to consider. I would like to offer the assistance of an element of my Miraaderic Guard and investigative team from Catawaba's Rural Rangers. I will also be reinforcing the Air Force Asset Protection teams already protecting the personnel and equipment of the Air Force squadron I sent to help train your pilots.

I hope that I can help you to better insure the safety of both my citizens and yours.
