Created because of too much OOC clutter

Two things:

1) please, can you pick up on those planes that were sent towards me?

2) I think PA is actually right. In most RPs, he would be allowed to determine the losses/duds and the like, as long as they're reasonable. As long as mysterious duds start appearing left and right and the missiles don't start conveniently missing half the time, each person determining their own losses is, from my experience, the general practice.

OK, then I will delete all the OOC clutter and we'll go with the original losses

By 2025 it might be possible, also, lets just say i hade it above Maine or someplace i dont feel like arguing about it right now

This is a MT RP, and MT goes only as far as a few year into the future. I think the recogized limit is 5 years. So 2025 is PMT in the eyes of NS if the 5 year limt is correct.

As for having the Godrod satellite over Maine, it's in range & line of sight, but you'll suffer low resolultion, thus bad targeting.

Last I heard 15 years was the limit. But I believe a more abstract rule is general followed. Meaning date really doesn't matter, so long as the technology used isn't in prototype phase starting 2030 or whatever date that is too far along. But it's mostly up to personal convenience.

I'd imagine that's why a lot of threads say "MT/PMT" on 'em. There's no clear distinction. But I think anything thats not under development (or isn't expected to be ready for more than a decade) is considered PMT. Which would place things like, say, basic railguns in MT, and more reliable ones, and stuff like the rods, in PMT.

Erm... I have more than enough radars and missiles to anihilate any satellite that gets near my fleet (a Ticonderoga is capable of ASAT). How did a sat come out of nowhere and fired upon my ship before being detected? Hell, one of my ships has the radars of a T-AGM, so it would most likely detect the non-stealth, non-maneuvering satellite before it even came in range.

Ok, want to have a WMD war? then how about I empty you my strategic arsenal into your country? The SS-65 missiles are more than enough. 20 450kt warheads (plus decoys) each and 20 missiles in total, not to mention loads of smaller ICBMs to completely overwhelm any anti-missile defense system you could put up, not limited to AEGIS-guided missiles and laser interceptors to completely bombard your cities beyond existence with nuclear and biochemical warheads. And I'm not even counting submarine-launched and cruise missiles there.

Either that, or we have an actual war. Seriously, I don't know how it could hit a moving, small target that far away, and in the same post.

The USS Iwo Jima was the Vessel under fire, as soon as the Victor III Fired the Shkval, the P-4 came in and dropped 2 MK-87s from about 2 1/2 Kilometers behind it, the Iwo Jima had recently been modifed with Hull-In Propellers to help it turn, and it allowed it to get away from the Shkval, but it ran into a CAPTOR Mine, flooding the Front 2 UnderWater Compartments

Where the HELL does it mention more then ONE P-4 in the quote USPA?
