Presidential Compound
The Rays of sunlight shone over the hills around 'The Rock'. The Presidential Compound was quiet, only Secret Service Agents could be seen on patrol around the Grounds. A light wind blew in the branches of the trees.
Two Secret Service Agents walked down the corridor to the Presidents Bedroom, the President had woken up and was ready to get about Presidential duties. They knocked on the Door and The President opened it a few seconds later.
"Good morning Mr President" One Agent said.
"Thanks Bill" Kyle Watson replied with a smile.
"Your Brief and Locator Sir" The Other agent added.
"Thank you Tom" Kyle said taking the Brief and Locator.
Minutes Later Kyle and the two agents walked into the Circle Office. The Agents took up their position by the door and Kyle sat down behind the Desk and began to read the Brief.
Air Force Station Storm
Two F-31X's 'Cyclone' Interceptors flew along the Border in the morning Light. Outbound from AFS Storm on a regular patrol of the border region. The planes glinted in the sun as they flew through the sky.
"Patrol duty is boring" Viper One commented.
"Hey at least we get flying time" Viper Two replied.
"Thats true" Viper One grinned looking to his left, seeing is wingman's jet less than a few yards away.
"And we get to fly around with missiles strapped to our ass" Viper Two laughed as they continued to fly.
FCGS Iron
The Coast Guard Vessel Iron moved through the water, right on the edge of Lingards Waters, here prow cutting through the water with ease. The Ship was quiet, there had been nothing going on that night, no ships in distress, no attempted smugglers, nothing. Much of the Ships crew were asleep, save for the night watch who would be releived in thirty minutes by the Day watch, which was much of the crew.
Looking up from the foredeck, Coast Guard Officer, Ensign Tom Murry looked up, he could just the EC-14 assigned to the Sector fly through the sky on Patrol.
Fort Campbell
Fort Campbell was just waking up. A bugle call roused the Fort, soldiers got into their Uniforms and cleaned and checked their Weapons. Some soldiers would go to the outskirts of the Fort on guard, some would be going onto Parade, and others would be doing other duties. The buzz of a AH-5 could be heard taking off.
