We have establish this diplomatic channel to accommodate any diplomatic transitions that may forward to the Empire of the Elven People. Here is a list of matters my office will deal with

1. War declarations and peace treaties
2. Trade and Trade Embargoes (including Blockades)
3. Establishment of Embassies.
4. Requests of Aid (Humanitarian, Diplomatic, Military, etc.)
5. Exchanges (Students, Technology, Ideas, Art..Etc)
6. Any matter not mention above that concerns a dealing between The Empire of The Elven People and a foreign nation.

This channel will also host any diplomatic event we wish to share with the rest of the world.

It our hop that this channel will make it easier for other nations to conduct diplomacy with our noble nation

I am please to announce that The United Terran Federation and The Empire of the Elven People have concluded the Star Rose Agreement. This Agreement details the following

1. Exchange of Ambassadors and establishment of embassies between The United Terran Federation and The Empire of the Elven People.
2. Free and open trade between The United Terran Federation and The Empire of the Elven People.
3. Open Access to Schools, Universities, and Public Scientific research centers of either The United Terran Federation and The Empire of the Elven People to the other.
4. An establishment of a student exchange program between The United Terran Federation and The Empire of the Elven People

This agreement is a hopeful beginning between our respective nations and stands as a testimony of the wishes of two noble people

OCC: We open tech, Mostly Fantasy/Modern tech making deals with UTF, so we are trying to acquire Future tech. The Empire of the Elven People is an Empire made up of Elves from many mediums. The Races represented are the following
