The Ministry of Defence published a brand new guidebook for the Parilisan Army today, the first in a new series which should cover all aspects of the armed services. Written by one of Parilisa’s most notable generals, Karl Ludenfretz, it has taken nearly a year to produce entirely.
The Ministry has made it clear that it is open to any constructive criticism which will be bared in mind during the production of other documents, including a revised edition of this new report.
