To the entrepreneurs, researchers, businessmen and of course businesswomen of this world I, Proffessor Steven Kyzburg, would wish to welcome you to Heuristic Sciences research centre and for taking the time to read this announcement.
Heuristic Sciences believes that progress is paramount to the advancement of humanity and the various goals that we as a species endorse and pursue on both an organisational and personal level. In recent times it has been found that progress is difficult to accomplish with various organisations strangling the creativity and vision of viable projects through petty legislation that is counter productive to advancement. Hailing from a nation which long ago cleaned it’s hands of the individuals affairs of the common man on most levels I have long held a deep sadness for the companies and people from foreign nations who are crushed beneath a suffocating load of legality which can stop them from achieving their true visions. Which is why I endeavoured to set up this opportunity for my fellow visionists.
The Heuristic Sciences Research Centre is located within the territorial waters of a nation known as Hydrosteria. The facility is composed of five renovated oil rig platforms which have been towed together to form a singular cohesive platform; the original equipment has long since been removed and in it’s place state of the art laboratories have been built upon it’s surface across many floors.
We offer companies, organisations, individuals, and governmental factions the opportunity to rent out one of our research facilities to conduct experiments free from legislative control. Equipped with some of the best equipment available the only restraints on our viable customers are the presence of guards to protect the privacy of other clients; also cursorily non-invasive safety checks are carried out once a month. Leases on the facilities last for twelve months but multiple periods may be leased; the costs to lease out a facility per twelve months costs £12, 000. As with my Geological Nuclear Waste Disposal Corp. I'm offering a service rather than actual goods, which is a nigh impossble task on NS. However, like the GNWDC thread i'm relativly happy for people to do the occassional update or RP on, in this case,whateve little experiments they are doing. The only restraint, don't let the calamity out of your lab so as to effect the others ;) Have fun, hope your interested.
