OOC: Saying it's one thing when it's not changes nothing. Anyways, a "stickie" is a guide on the main page of II, linked here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=543994). Telling you to read the stickies is in no ways mean, and is instead a common practice when working with new nations for the first time.

OOC:Reading the stickies is actually meant to be helpfull, not mean. By reading stickies you learn the rules, the practices, etc etc. Generally helpful stuff. Otherwise you learn it the hardway, which is much worse than you have seen here. Anyways, welcome to NS, and your actually pretty good at English, considering it aint your first language. Some people are better at languages, and others, like myself, are screwed lol. Good luck in the future, and most people will generally try to help you. People on this sight are mostly English, but not all, and so are used to others knowing the rules of English.
